The Union store needs to train the lady at the counter some customer courtesy.
She is very rude and not helpful at all.

Took a bit but staff was awesome! We put a phone on cricket, switched to cricket, and upgraded it took about an hour and a half but the other phone service wasn't answering and was stubborn. Anyways, Leo was nice, funny, and kind. The worker with red hair was very helpful too. Will come back if I need too!

I had the best experience yesterday at this store. I was helped by a guy named Chuck. He was absolutely amazing. Knew what he was doing and was quick. So glad I stopped there

Chuck is the best! He helped us with our new service that we had originally ordered online and could not get activated (it's a long story!). He worked for almost 4 hours to get our account squared away and get us what we needed. He's very knowledgeable and cares about the customers. He definitely knows his stuff and is very smart! Thanks again Chuck!

The 2 guys at union store are amazing. We bought 5 lines from them. We have several issues come up. Example was 1line kept getting a download error recovering text message pictures. It took over an hour for a picture I was sending to go thru and any times someone sent me a picture is would show up as a blue n say downloading. An hour later It still downloading. I ran to the high ridge store. I was told it was a bad device and I was past my return date so I needed to buy a new device if manufacture resetting it didn't fix it. I decided to wait and come back to union. Chuck fixed the issue in 2seconds. These guys have amazing customer service and knowledge. I will only be driving to union for any issues. Thanks guys

I walked in with a new S20 that I needed assistance with in getting it programed. CHUCK the sales associate was so helpful, he helped program my phone took the time to ask if I had any questions and even offered if I got home and had more questions just to call and he would be happy to assist. I was very pleased with the service provided.

I'm very happy with the Cricket store in Union MO. Charles is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I always know if I have a problem he will be able to help me.

The Union location needs a worker that is dedicated to customers. When you get to the store an hour till close or 30 minutes till. The guy will make sure to rush you out. He will say you can come back another day. I am closing and have to be out of the store by 6pm. He will say he doesn't have phones in stocks. Another time I wanted to surprise my son with a phone. He said well it is best if you bring him in. He tries anything to not have to do business for his last hour. We can't make it there till 5 or after. So 4times coming in and getting rushed out. Chuck is obviously not happy doing his job. We were sent to a different store
