Dakota at the North Kansas Cricket was amazing! He was very thorough in his explanations and questions as well as extremely patient and kind. He even put cartoons on for my daughter to help entertain her. I will never go to another cricket store if I can help it as long as he is here! Thanks Dakota for a seamless and great experience!

I appreciate everything Tiffany did for me. She was on her way out the door and heard my issue and knew she could fix it so she stayed over with a smile on her face the whole time and fixed my phone. We went to 3 other stores before finding someone as great as her. Please keep her forever.

Went to this store relatively close to closing time, I had been having issues, upgrading my phone with my previous carrier and decided to give cricket a shot. Not only did I get a new phone that I like for a great price, I had the best customer service experience with Dakota. Despite having come into the store to set up service so late in the evening, Dakota was friendly and seemed eager to do his job. I brought my son with me, he couldn’t sit still and was running all over the store, but Dakota still made him feel included. While I was waiting on the phone for customer service with my previous provider, Dakota made my son a paper airplane, which made my son’s whole day! From here on out, I am a cricket customer, and I will be sure to go back to Dakota with anything I may need from the company. If you are in need of a new phone, a new carrier, and excellent customer service go to this store and pay him a visit, you won’t be sorry!
