4 Kendra was the one working today (Sept 25 2023) and she went above and beyond for me and my friend! She was absolutely the most friendly, knowledgable, and amazimg person I have ever met. I'll be coming back Saturday instead of Friday to add insurance just so i can see her again! That's how wonderfully she performed. She went above, beyond, and then some to help us. She was very knowledgeable about everything, answered every question that we asked PERFECTLY! If I was the owner I would ABSOLUTELY make her a manager, with a quickness! Especially considering she was the only employee running the entire store, and she did it with absolute STYLE!

I'd give it zero but I can't. The workers are rude and the place smells awful. I can't stand even being there
The customer service was terrible I don’t think I ever been somewhere and they treated their client like that. Not to mention the place looked a mess why was it so dirty I get your just a phone store but some type of wet wipe would help. I would never be a cricket customer if this is how they build their brand especially with poor customer service!
Went in yesterday to buy a phone and the person working was extremely disrespectful. Terrible customer service after already waiting almost an hour. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Do not recommend this place at all.
