Mattie was very helpful and knew everything I had questions about! There was a rude customer in the store when I was there and she handled the situation with grace and poise. 5 stars to her service because I wouldn’t have handled it as well as she did!
In 2023, Manager ordered completely wrong phone and didn’t correct the issue or apologize. In 2024, the store is employing an incapable employee who cannot quickly address customer needs, resulting in huge waits to receive even simple service.
Went to switch carriers and visited the Washington, Mo store. Mattie helped us through all of the complications and issues we were having with other carrier. We are very pleased with her assistance!

I had Courtney on 11-8-23 at the Washington mo store more concerned on her five star review before even finishing helping me set up new phone transfer information from one to the other. But I did give her the five. Now I would maybe give it a three at most. Thought she helped transfer everything at first but once I got home I had to figure so much out on my own. She seemed to be polite and willing to help, I just think she maybe a little under knowledgeable in the software

I went into the store a few days ago and I just want to give a big shout out to Kev who went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues. Kev is a great asset to the Washington store!
My brother and I went into cricket to purchase him a flip phone and get the basic service. We were told that it would be $30 a month. We then explained he was on disability and they explained cricket offers the basic service to disabled and social security customers but he would have to provide the award letter which we didn’t have with us that day. My brother has returned to the store a couple times to provide the award letter and no one was able to assist him. I placed a call last month and emailed the award letter to the store and confirmed receipt. No one has called back or taken care of this and he is now being billed again. I have left messages for a call back for assistance again. They should not advertise assistance if they can’t provide. Since this review, situation has been resolved thanks to the manager of the store.

I don't normally write reviews unless the customer service is soo poor it needs to be put on blast or the opposite where I encounter customer service that I feel goes above and beyond what is necessary which is extremely rare and recently I had a very pleasant experience with Cody from Cricket Wireless. She is the manager at the Washington Missouri store. I was a manger in customer service for 15 years in Los Angeles and I definitely would have used Cody as a standard. The patience, attention to detail and knowledge of the product along with the true concern regarding my issues with my current cell carrier was comforting and truly appreciated, thank you Cody, well done!
