Cronkhite Homes LLC, Springfield MO

Warranty is non existent, half the siding of my house is blown off. Submitted the inspection well before our warranty was up, got a email reply saying it would be looked over. Not a call, email etc back. Reached out multiple times. Nothing has been fixed and now we are having to deal with trying to take care of things that should have been taken care of with warranty

I’m currently having Cronkhite Homes LLC build me a home and so far everything is pretty straightforward. The home is for a good price and if I had to point out anything it would be the limited selection on some options offered. However, for the price in the area we chose, I would say this is still a good price for the home and having the options in the first place is better than not having any choice at all and having to just build yourself. So, I will update the review after the home is complete and share my experience.

Customer service or warranty? Forget it! Had them out to look at my back yard because there is a constant flow of water. They looked at it and said it’s normal now my back yard is getting worse and worse and they won’t even return my phone call. Not even picking on small things. But they won’t stand behind their work. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Over 1/3 of my back yard holds water/mud
