I've lived here for over 2 year, and the new management of Cross Creek Villas is wonderful! They recently took over a few months ago and everything has been so much better. The previous management company was a huge mess, but this new company, including the property manager Kelly, are very helpful and prompt.

I want to let you guys know that Kelly at the office rocks. She went over and beyond to fix a situation that was out of my control. Kelly was on my side and I’m greatful for that. Most people aren’t there for their tenants but she is. Thanks Kelly again and have a great new year.

Good houses, large, spacious and new developments, but not in the zone of good public schools. I have also heard that there were security concerns recently but I cannot confirm this for a fact

Two months of being here and I’m throughly disappointed. We thought this would be a great place to welcome our baby girl, yet in our two months of being here neighbors have threatened to shoot our *FRIENDLY* dog, the pool has yet to be open (which from reading reviews was an issue last year too), and maintenance (through no fault of their own… 2 guys and lots of units to take care of) took 3+ weeks to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. After a replacement faucet we now have 0 water pressure in our kitchen sink. So far it seems to be one thing after another.

I received an email about cross creek community announcement transitioning to new spectrum services. In the email, it specifies not to contact the leasing department with questions, nor contact spectrum for questions. However, questions are to be address to the onboard. So, I navigate to the onboard and I cannot get a clear cut answer if my rent is going up 55$ or not. My rent is not broken down by rent, internet and cable. I currently signed up for spectrum and my lease is not up. I cannot afford to pay an extra 55$ a month for rent, where I am already spending over 1400$ that includes pet rent.

Our experience hasn't been horrible enough to leave but I do feel under valued as a resident. Our unit had a broken dryer and washer as soon as we moved in, the dishwasher encrusted with calcium build up and even after cleaning it, it still doesn't wash well (more a waste of money on my water bill) won't replace it even though we have complained multiple times. My rent goes up but the quality of my unit stays the same. I don't blame maintenance as they seem to be short staffed and heavily worked. Just be nice if I didn't have to call maintenance all the time or spend my own money to fix the issue since I'm renting not owning.

Kitchen Sink stopped working last month, got doors hanging off hinges, got a leaking toilet that caused water damage, they have roaches and mice problem, maintenance dont care to do repairs. Submited a repair been dodging us ever since. Management team sent her husband to physically assault me cause they dont want to do repairs.

Since the new owners took over its somewhat better although
The last owners ACCOMMODATED OUR rental date to the 2nd Wednesday of the month so we wouldn't have to pay late fees

So, I have had dealings with this organization for a year now. I have not been able to reach on-site management ever, not one single phone call was answered. Now that my son's lease is complete and I am trying to find out about the deposit I paid when it will be returned still no one answers. This organization is predatory in its practices and is not an ethical company. Please look somewhere else to live if you can.

My lease ended in July of 2021 and I thought I was finally done with this place, but they never took me off their auto payment system and they again charged me rent, which I did not owe because my lease was up, for the month of august. I called and they told me to bring it up with the auto pay system I called them and they took me off the system but they couldn’t stop the charge cause it was too late, so I called Cross Creek and they refuse to give me my money back. Terrible place, avoid signing a lease here. Pay extra to live anywhere else it’s worth it.

Cross Creek seems appealing as an outsider looking in. A community pool, in unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, free internet. It’s not until you move in that you realize every amenity will consistently have issues. On top of that, their maintenance people will take months to get to your request IF even that and you will always have to put in multiple requests or else they will ignore it. Our sink is broken, the AC goes out every summer, the dryer has to be ran twice in order to work, and the new management rarely picks up the phone. Every time I’ve called since the beginning of summer they’ve lied and said the pool will be opening in two weeks. Every two weeks I call and they say the same thing. I’ve lived here for two years and the management has changed three times. Each time, they have just gotten worse and worse. Don’t live at cross creek. It’s paying way too much for what you’re getting.

DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR UTILITIES. APPLIANCES IN UNIT ARE IN POOR CONDITION. AC UNITS ARE IN POOR CONDITION. NO SERVICE. NO RESPONSE WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS DONE. POOL NOT REPAIRED OR OPEN. SHOTTY BOOK WORK BY LEASE COMPANY. THEY LOST OUR LEASES AND DELETED LEASES WE SIGNED IN 2020. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Very spacious! Love the garage and the staff is extremely friendly. The maintenance is top notch as well.

This is a very beautiful property. Management is very knowledgeable. The units are very spacious and clean. Whenever I call the office with an issue they get on it and fix it right away.

Emily from there management team, is clearly the best manager sense I’ve been here, she dedicates her time and effort trying to make everyone happy. The grounds are well managed, the maintenance is good, problems get fix in a couple days depending on issues. Very well maintained.

Apartments are very spacious, and feel more like a home than an apartment. Everyone at the office is very friendly and welcoming. Best apartment i’ve had yet!
