Crosswood Apartments & The Homestead at Crosswood, Rogersville MO

This is the best apartment complex I've lived in so far. The office staff are helpful and friendly and definitely appreciate the fenced dog park.

I have been storing my things at Crosswood Storage for awhile now, and I love how close it is for me. It's right next to the police department which makes it feel very safe, and the manager Kory is always so nice, welcoming, and accommodating in the office. The storage is so affordable compared to most other storage facilities. I highly recommend Crosswood Storage.

Great apartment to live in! It includes pool/ workout room/ gated doggy area and a small kids playground. Quiet place to live and I recommend it for anyone

Crosswood Apartments has been my home now for more then 3 years now and it’s been a super peaceful time. I have zero possible complaints. The units are in great quality and the maintenance here is super fast and efficient. Management is extremely nice and easy to work with if you have an issues.

Beware what you're getting yourself into when signing up for these apartments. They charge a admin fee not a deposit.an admin fee, which means even if you take care of the place and when you move out, you won't get nothing back. They make you think it's a deposit that you will get back at the end. My son who live there and took care of his apartment, and when the lady did the walk-through with him she told him it looks like he was going to get his deposit back. Did not hear anything for months. Once called to see about the deposit they said it was an admin fee but you don't get back. So just remember read everything about the apartment before moving in. The prices these apartments are, are not worth it to begin with. They also make you carry high renters insurance, this of course is for their gain, not yours. They are definitely making money off of people.

I absolutely love living at The Homestead. Easy move in process along with great price monthly. Clean area and public spaces. Super great place to live whether you’re a college student, family, or looking for a place to retire!

Good place to rent the price is reasonable and the people are good neighbors. The manager is pleasant and easy to get along with as far as I can tell overall a good place to live.

Been here for 5 years thusfar. Never had any issues. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled perfectly and on time.

Lived here for about 6 months and this has been, by far, the best complex I have lived in. Kudos to the office team as well; Kory is the best!

My wife and I have been living here at the Crosswood section for almost half a year now, and it’s been a good experience. Clean apartments and friendly staff. Pet friendly, with a gated dog park and also a nice outdoor pool and fitness rooms. It’s a good area, overall. If you work in the Springfield area, like I do, the commute isn’t too bad. I definitely recommend it!
