Kabota dealer that happens to sale grasshoppers. Not the most knowledgeable or energetic staff concerning mowers.

I have a Kubota Zero Turn that's been having electrical issues lately. Cole & his crew did an outstanding job working to get it fixed. As usual with electrical issues, it took a few stabs at it but they kept at it til it got resolved. Thanks to Cole & the whole crew at Crown Power for their tremendous work & dedication to customer service & getting it right!

Kole and Rob were absolutely great to work with getting our loader serviced and cleaned. They even picked it up from one location and delivered it to another location to help us out. From start to finish every employee I talked with was kind and prompt in getting us taken care of. Rob was especially nice to work with and did everything we asked without a hitch. Rob deserves a raise!

Purchased a new tractor from these guys and they have been great to work with. Brian got me the quote immediately and once we agreed on the price for the tractor and implements I wanted that was it.

During dealer prep they discovered an issue with the tractor and were able to get a new part and get it replaced quickly so I could get to work. Brian kept me in the loop about what was going on and where we were in the process along the way.

Even with the repair that was needed on a lift arm, from initial contact to delivery was 16 days! More than acceptable in current times.

This was not the only dealer/brand I looked into.but was the only dealer that seemed like they wanted to sell a tractor.big green and blue just didn't seem to give to cents about me wanting to make a purchase.besides Kubota is better anyway:)

Just bought a new kabota L3301 this week. It's not delivered yet.but so far so good. Kim is really good to work with!

Bought a tractor that had a small scratch in the hood. Randy told me when he delivered it I probably would be able to keep the old hood and get the replacement hood. After about 3 months I called to check on it. Randy let me know not to bug him on it by saying “I’m not sure we can give you it” I took that as not to bother him until he says it’s in. Well after six month it’s here and guess what, I don’t get the hood. Said they have to claim it on hail damage, but the tractor was bought way before the big hail storm. That’s fine because they don’t get my business anymore. I need to write another review about how they misplaced 5k and wanted me to pay it again (and I did, got it back after they found the money) or how I ordered a boot and drove all the way there to get it and they misplaced it.

I had a great visit with Brian in sales. I know Kubota is a great and reputable brand, but price was an issue. I ended up that day buying a green tractor package from a competitor. That said, I had a very pleasant experience at Crown, and would encourage anyone looking for a tractor package to stop by and talk to the good folks at Crown.

They always help me do whatever it is that I need to do even if they don't have it they send me to the right place that does

I have been In there 3 times this month to purchase a tractor and a weed eater. All 3 times I have stood around waiting for an hour before a salesman will show up. He made no effort to sell us a tractor so I ended up purchasing a Massey's Ferguson from out of town. Today I went in to buy just a weed eater and they couldn't get a salesman to show up. And nobody could ring it up. I have left this place 3 times empty handed. Do not go there unless you have at least 2 hours spare time and dont go in until you know exactly what you want because nobody there knows anything about their products besides the salesperson, who can never seem to be found anywhere. I have spent over 20,000$ this month on my landscaping and they didn't seem to care at all about making any of that money. Worst salesmanship I've ever seen in my life
