I am more than pleased with how the installation of my new HVAC system went! Everyone was very professional and personable. They were considerate of my home wearing covers over their boots to keep my floors clean. They fixed the cold air returns to work properly, repaired my duct work, and fixed my drain so it won’t freeze anymore. I struggled with my old furnace for 3 winters now my house is warmer and cozier than it has ever been. I’m so grateful for Crystal Heating and Cooling’s expertise! You might find cheaper but you won’t find better! Quality products, quality service!

No Heat from furnace.
Darren was very helpful. Showing me everything he was checking / testing. Taking pictures too which were included with my diagnostic report.

Joe was awesome. He was here for semi-annual maintenance, but during his visit I was talking about how cold my daughters room gets because almost no air comes out of her vent. He took the extra time at the end of what I imagine was a very long day for him to fashion an air flow director in the main trunk in order to divert more air down the path to her vent. Her room is noticeably warmer now and she's very grateful.

Tyler was very professional and explained the processes he was working on and efficiently made the repairs on 2 parts that needed to be replaced. He put in a request to order the replacement part for the follow-up work on 2nd unit.

Called in the morning and had a technician by early afternoon. He was polite and Courteous. The problem was minor but he took care of it quickly.

I always am happy when Darren is doing my service. He is friendly, professional, and courteous. He always answers my questions and helps me learn about my hvac system. He serviced my furnace on 12/28/23. He is a great guy and Crystal Heating & Cooling is fortunate to have him in its employ! Darren is simply awesome!

Crystal H&C helped us out same day with our furnace issues in this blistering cold, which was much appreciated! Tyler was our service rep and her was very polite and professional. He did everything he could to get us back up and going.

Jerked me around for almost 2 weeks right before this negative degree temp. Wrong part.ordered again.wrong part. Said they didn't make the part anymore. No suggestions on what I should do. Thankfully Bone Heating and cooling came out.looked at it.told me they didn't make the part just by looking at it (that's called experience). Came the very next day for installation of my new furnace/central air at a very reasonable price. 5 stars to bone heating and cooling.

Joe did an excellent job cleaning all our HVAC system, including all duct work He was very thorough. Took care to clean up any mess. He even corrected a few minor issues here and there. I’m extremely happy with the job that was done at a very fair price. I highly recommend Joe and Crystal Heating and Cooling.

We had an amazing experience here! Our furnace was acting up on 1/10. We called 1/11 and they came out later that day. They said they could fix it, but our unit was nearly 20 years old. We decided to get an entirely new HVAC system. They came out the next day and installed! All before the negative temps. Appreciate them very much and will definitely use in the future!

Jason and his team were great. They arrived on time and finished the job earlier than expected.

The technician was on time and very friendly and did great job installing my new AC and furnace they were very quick and and did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished and they did a good job explaining how to operate my system.

Being a large commercial location, I appreciate good communication and the technician Garrett at Crystal Heating did just that. Called me when he came on site, discussed some options, addressed it while he was here, and called me afterwards to review the changes made and anything else needed. Much appreciated!
