We met Roy and Leslie at the wedding expo and we're so glad we did! Roy ran the music for our ceremony and the photo booth at the reception (we didn't use a DJ) and Leslie designed our photo strips. They were patient and answered ALL of our questions in a timely manner. Our guests are still raving about the photo booth. And we got copies of all their photo strips. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The after party was great but they didn’t mix the songs they said they would for the first dance. This left our first dance glitching and awful for everyone watching. I strictly asked if he could mix them before I would let him do it. Also, he didn’t review the shoe game before the reception so he stoped and said that and had to scroll and proofread during our game. Overall it seemed fine, but I booked them months out and my DJ only called about 4 days before the wedding.

I want to take this opportunity to go to bat for these guys since no one else is, and NO they did not ask me to mention any of this in my review… they don’t even know I am posting this! I just want to point out that a few of the recent bad reviews posted seem kind of like their going out of their way to attack the company over minor details… its easy to exaggerate minor details especially with how many 5 star reviews this company has!

We did experience a bit of a delay with our emails being answered closer to the wedding between Roy and our DJ, however the owner Roy ended up contacting us and explaining that their email and social media had been hacked, so it was totally understandable and out of their control, something I can understand and look past! At the end of the day stuff happens… and it ultimately did not affect the actual day of the wedding… so why get all worked up over that?

As far as our actual experience at the wedding we had DJ Mike and he was AMAZING! It was a PARTY the whole night! DJ Mike’s playlist was hype and had guests engaged and dancing the entire time. He also did a fantastic job keeping the evening flowing smoothly and on time! I would absolutely recommend DJ Mike and Crystal Productions as a whole!

So.this is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure of using Crystal Productions, and they do not disappoint. The 1st time was for a mom and son carnival, the 2nd was for my cousins wedding, and the 3rd time was for the daddy-daughter dance at her school. Each time it was DJ Roy who was fantastic. Each event was always the same lady for the photo booth, I think her name was Leslie, the kids at all 3 of these events loved her.

Both of them were very professional and they listened to what was wanted and needed. If you aren't knot tying with them are you even ready to officially tie the actual Knot?

Hired them for a work function and it was great. The DJ was familiar with newer music and didn't mind taking requests. And the photo booth was hilarious.

The reason for our low ratings is because of the DJ and the lack of communication with the owner. We reached out to the owner Roy multiple times trying to get an explanation on what happened and never got a response. When he did respond a week later, he said he was busy (which is understandable) and he would read my “Long message” and reach out Monday and never did.

We used Crystal Products DJ Services for our wedding on October 28th. Our Photo Booth service was wonderful. Katie went over and beyond expectations! However, our DJ Steven wasn’t good. He had a great personality but communication wasn’t there even though we had a one meeting with him and texted him multiple times. When making announcements he was very dead. We waited for our exit song that didn’t come on until we were halfway down the aisle. We had to dance through the whole entrance song even though we wanted it cut short. We had to conduct him on going to the next song and what was next on our timeline. It wasn't just us, the Event Space coordinator asked us where did we get our DJ from because it was that bad. Roy reached out to the venue the next day asking what happened, even after speaking to them, WE should have gotten a call as well.

I would not recommend their DJ services to anyone. If you do decide, make sure you are getting more meetings and good communication with this company.

If I could rank this a 4.5/5, I would! The company got hacked recently and had some issues recovering from that, which impacted my review. My DJ didn't reach out to me until the Tuesday before my wedding, and then was confused/did things off script at the ceremony and reception on the wedding day. They weren't super major things, but enough that I was kind of shocked that they were unaware of what was happening when we had talked about all these items at the meeting the Tuesday before. Otherwise, the reception after dinner was a BLAST and they really threw a great party! Just wished the DJ reached out to me earlier and would've voiced if they were confused sooner so I could help them out.

My brother used this company for their wedding a few weeks ago. First of all they showed up right before the ceremony with ZERO communication stressing everyone out if they were even coming. We brought a large speaker just in case. Secondly, Ryan shows up in sweats and doesn’t change til ceremony started. Then he doesn’t even do his entire job like announcing stuff, playing all the dances, and refused to play requests he didn’t like. Then the owner tried to contact my brother AFTER the bride left a review he didn’t like claiming it wasn’t true yet never called her back. Before you book this company BEWARE, read all the reviews and understand the risk you’re taking. Don’t plan your big day and then put up with this.

Crystal productions was an absolute DREAM! They DJ’d for our wedding, we got a package that included dj, uplifting, and dance lighting. Booking it was easy, and all payments and planning was done through their website. We had Marq as our DJ and he was FANTASTIC! I’m still having guests from our wedding tell me what a perfect DJ was, he had our dance floor going all night! We couldn’t be more happy with our experience, it was easy, stress free, great price, and everyone who works there was so wonderful. Thank you for making our wedding so much fun!

I was part of a wedding and my friend was very excited to use Crystal Productions, but the service they received was sub par. Bad communication from the company and then a bad attitude once the wedding was over, would not recommend for your special day.

We LOVED our DJ Steve! He was so personable and had great communication with us leading up to our big day. He had the dance floor going all night and was awesome with announcements and timing. Everyone was giving us compliments and had a great read on the room. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Thank you Steve!

Day could not have gone any smoother. Was so happy I didn’t not have to worry on my day about the dj service. Our dj was professional and helped so much! We used the cold sparks, uplighting and Photo Booth! This is amazing company!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. First, we had a very difficult time getting in contact with anyone starting about a month and a half out from our wedding. No emails returned or calls when attempting to call their business phone. We were told we would find out our DJ and be able to make contact 2-3 weeks before our wedding- it was 1 week.
Amie was our DJ, when we spoke on the phone only 4 days before the wedding she assured me she would be to our venue no less than 2 hours prior to the ceremony, then 2 days before she told me someone else would be setting up and she'd be there before the ceremony. Come day of, someone else was there to set up but only had part of the equipment. She was 20 minutes late to our ceremony, therefore we did not get most of what we paid extra for, such as prelude music while guests were seated and waited or outdoor equipment, all we had was indoor speakers they turned to face outside and guests told us they could not hear much of anything, even being near the back closer to the speakers. The officiants mic did not work properly either. Again, we paid extra for them to provide these simple things during the ceremony and we did not get them.
Once we came into the reception she mispronounced our last name multiple times, even with AT LEAST 3 people telling her/correcting her. She incorrectly announced our wedding party and even skipped people when entering the reception.
Fast forward to the end of the night, due to her being so late she realized she ran her car out of gas and couldn't start it. My GUESTS went to get her gas and tried to start her car but we ultimately ended up taking her to a nearby hotel. We needed to be out of our venue by 10am the following morning and reiterated this to her. When we arrived the following morning to clean up, her car was still there. She also did not park in the correct location so she was blocking our travel trailer that needed to be out by 10am as well. I called her multiple times but her phone was off. She finally texted back about 11am.
We are appalled by her conduct, complete unprofessionalism & breach of contract. We didn't expect perfect but expected better than what we got, especially when much was preventable by simply being on time.

Honestly just a bit disappointed by this DJ service. Leading up to our wedding, the planning process was easy. I loved the idea of having everything in an app. However, the DJ we got was not the greatest. There was zero communication from him before he was introducing himself as he was setting up. We didn’t know what time he was going to be showing up, or if he was at all, until one of my bridesmaids finally got ahold of the owner. The anniversary dance as well as others was skipped by the DJ. He wouldn’t take requests he didn’t like. (Taylor swift for example) and he also left all of his equipment at the venue for multiple days. When contacted about these issues, an apology was never given, and calls not returned. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend.

If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would. It was impossible to get ahold of them the day of the wedding. They finally called us back after countless messages to confirm their arrival time about 3 hours before the ceremony. When they finally showed up the DJ was dressed in sweat pants while he set up as guests were arriving and he did not change until the ceremony had basically started. The music was alright. Definitely pick another vendor though if you have the option. Unless you like stressing the day of hoping that your DJ will show up. He also left all of this equipment at the venue that night.

I would definitely recommend Crystal Productions! My husband & I were happy with the music and the up lighting was a nice touch. Also, the manager, Roy, was super professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He even checked in with us after the wedding to make sure we were happy with our DJ.

I took a point off due to a few minor mistakes the day-of, but mostly because we didn’t have contact with our DJ until a week before the wedding even though we were told it would be at least 2 weeks prior. Apparently something went wrong with the portal, so I’m sure this won’t be a problem in the future, I just wish I would’ve received some communication before having to reach out because it caused a bit of stress before the big day.

Overall though, the actual wedding day was a blast for us. Our DJ got our friends up & dancing all night and we had such a blast! Our DJ was so nice and my husband & I both felt like the day was perfect:)

My wife and I hired Steve from Crystal Productions for our wedding. He was incredible! So easy to work with, super helpful, and he was able to keep the dance floor busy all night. We have been to a lot of weddings recently and out of all the DJ's we have seen, Steve is the absolute best, bringing so much energy to the job. The communication between us and Crystal Pro was also extremely simple and always made us feel like we knew what was going on. I cannot recommend them enough.
