2Handled the issue with alacrity. Very easy people (staff) to deal with. Already sent a friend there.
Beyond disappointed with "service". We had a consult scheduled and the firm scheduled a consult with the other party as well, did not mention the conflict and then told us they could no longer help us after we waited three weeks for said consult. Guaranteed we were scheduled prior to the other client as well as we scheduled with the law firm prior to the other party being notified of changes to documents in question. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of organization as all the receptionists then blamed this error on each other. At a minimum they should not have kept us waiting for weeks before bothering to mention they had overridden our appointment and already accepted retainer from other client.
