Culver's / Culver’s, O'Fallon MO

This Culver's took a very long time to get through the drive through. I order only a plain hamburger with fries and cheese curds but they messed it up. All other Culver's are just fine but this one definitely has issues. Don't recommend!

The burgers are made to order and it was the highlight of the meal, fries were standard and the choco shake was on par with other fast food joints. That being said, it's a solid 4

Good tasting food and nice service but expensive. Their cheese curds (fried cheese balls) are the best that I've tasted from the fast food restaurants in the area.

Tried ordering and of course every time I visit this location they never have veggie burgers, pretty disappointing. I will never come to this location again!

Someone needs to really take over this location rude hateful ignorant acne girl needs to realize her job ain't that serious chill out with the attitude.

Went there yesterday for dinner, there was probably 6booths available everyone of them was filthy and employees standing around, makes you wonder how the well the food will be. Went to Hardee's instead, nice and clean

The food is 5 star. The employees 5 star. The 3 stars is because the dinning room is a mess. Every window has hand prints the tables have trays and trash on them. My husband went in the men's room and came out right out without using it. The urinals hadn't been flush in many uses. We counted 12 employees behind the counter grouped up just chit chatting with each other. I'm still coming back tho. Just saying.

I was craving cheese, and this was the place to go! I got the Wisconsin burger with cheddar bun and upgraded the side to cheese curds. I was in a blissful cheese coma for days. Because that wasn't enough artery clogging goodness, I also tried their concrete. I went with chocolate and added brownies and upgraded to pecans. I was impressed by the size of brownie chunks and amount of add in with the concrete. It was very good. The meal was delicious and served fast.

I wish I could give 5 stars because I was impressed by the food. I wasn't as impressed by the person taking the order. They asked if I wanted single, double or triple. I didn't know what to expect so I asked what size the patties are if they knew how many ounces even. They didn't. I asked if there were any other restaurants to compare the size of the patty to so I could have any idea, again, no ideas. I went with the single, and I'm glad I did, but it would've been helpful for them to have some clue how to describe their food. When I ordered the concrete, I asked to add nuts as an up charge add-in. I really didn't care what kind. I said, surprise me. Nope. That was a challenge, so the first nut they listed, I got that one. Not a big deal, and they were nice otherwise. I just wish they were more knowledgeable about their products. I also didn't understand pulling forward when there wasn't anyone behind me. They stuck a sticker on the mirror and had someone have to come out in 100 degree heat to deliver my food. That seemed odd. I liked that they gave me the concrete so fast before I pulled forward. I felt for the employee having to run out, though when no one ever came after me.

I was craving a Culver's Cod Sandwich and onion rings. Aside from the Cod filet being small, my meal did not disappoint. I love Culver's Cod.

Before leaving the restaurant I went to the restroom which is desperately in need of remodeling and repair! The toilet seat was peeling it was so worn out! Yucko! Get that restroom shaped up and you'll get your 5 stars.

Omg the food is so fresh and delicious andy toddler got the kids corn dog with fries and a ice cream and it's so much food you be I helped her with that sprinkle toped ice cream no regrets! This was a great stop I made will be back! Thanks guys!

My co-workers and I really enjoyed our meals and was truly satisfied with everything. Thanks for having a veggie option burger for me!

Culvers is pretty consistent for me. Food is always good and the service is ok. I visited this Culvers for a late dinner and they met my expectations.

It’s not a bad place normally but today totally tasted not so good. My mother ordered the pot roast sandwich and had more bread than meat. I got the chicken and it wasn’t too warm and didn’t look too good either. At least they had good ice cream but it doesn’t really make up for the terrible food from today.

Great dessert spot! Vanilla or chocolate concretes with topping mixed in. My favorite is dove chocolate with vanilla custard.

The best fast food burger by far.
Always get great service by the staff.
Sometimes it is a bit of a wait, but I understand finding staff is very difficult these days.
Worth the wait!

Food quality and service on point. Fifth star for consistency of quality. Made to order/always fresh food helps, yet impressively fast service considering. I've waited 3x longer in a McDonald's drive thru (with two lanes for orders and pre-made food) for 3x lower-quality food/experience and a broken shake machine. The girl in drive through is sweetheart, genuinely cares that your interaction is pleasant. Harder to find these qualities all together these days.

Do not go here! Store "manager" is nasty person who lies, is rude, and is not hygienic (let's just say that, because describing the risk to your health would be just too gross for words).

Ordered through the drive thru, service was friendly and quick. The double butter burger with fries were delicious as usual. Finished the meal on the parking lot!
