Culver's / Culver’s, O'Fallon MO

Their Butter Burgers are steak burgers. I like them better than any others. Crinkle cut fries, are very good and hot. Their Custard is very tasty and rich. All in all they have the best food in O'Fallon Missouri.

Wow! This Culver’s location was incredibly rude to us tonight for no reason. Apparently this location is very inconvenienced that I wanted to spend my money here, so I will spend my money elsewhere going forward.

This location was way off its game the night we visited. Half the sodas were out of order, and there was no tea. The cod was greasy, and burgers did not taste good.

Sat in the "to go" spota d waited over 20 minutes for my food. Very frustrating.

The food was great but the helpless and clueless staff is the issue at this location. I have had the same experience 2 times at this location.

The food was good but they got the order messed up. Don't understand why fast food places can't get orders right? If they can't do it right now what makes people think they will get it right if they did get $15 an hr?
Jan 13,2023 - order was wrong AGAIN! WHY? Are the employees not being trained properly? Or is it because they're too lazy to get it right? No matter the job you choose, even if it is at a fast food place, have pride in what you do. You can't get this right, how can you be trusted to do anything right? Pathetic service on getting orders right!

I was going through the drive through last night at around 8 pm and everything was going per usual. The staff is always nice and helpful. However, it was upsetting to hear and see one of your employees (bigger girl, blonde, seems to be in charge of something) yelling at her other coworkers in a very harsh manner. It was very rude! I have never seen this before! My kids were a bit tense after that. I love Culver’s. But unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Beautiful Culver's location! The inside feels so cozy. The service was great and the food was perfect, best fries I've ever had at a Culver's. Loved seeing Curdis, the Curd Nerd in the lobby.

Currently waiting for 40 mins now, with a group of 5 other cars… Watched a worker throw someone’s bag of food up into the air in some kind of frustration. What a disaster- we live down the street and are never coming back.

During multiple visits here we have had long wait times then incorrect food orders. After waiting so long we did not choose to have our order corrected and wait again.

We use to really enjoy eating here. The service was always good and the food was fresh. As of lately that has changed completely. Today was the 4th or 5th time are order was not all there. 1 time I waited over 30mins for my burger since it wasn't in the bag. The employee that day did really seem to care how long I waited. Unfortunately the lack of service will cuase us to no longer dine here. It wasn't even busy today and half our oder was wrong. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

This is reference to their food but a female employee. I went inside into their dining room to eat. I sat by the window to see my vehicle which had my 2 german shepherds inside with the windows crack for airflow. I observed one of their female employees walk outside to her vehicle that was parked near my vehicle. She walked back inside and started to mentioned that she seen my 2 dogs inside of my vehicle to all the front counter people. Note: weather was clear and convertible outside. Not nor cold. Then she started to walk around the dining room area asking all of the customers if that my 2 dogs were their's. She finally got to my table. Which I had already finished my meal and getting ready to leave. She asked me if those wear my dogs. I said yes and what's the problem? She couldn't even reply back.

CULVER'S is one of leaders for having well trained, polite and helpful staff! The menu is always Fresh, and Hot!
I don't believe you can find better Chicken Strips anywhere!?
Why would anyone want to go to McDonald's or Burger King!?

We went thru the drivethru. The burgers were not as warm as they should have been, we asked for ketchup and didn't get any, and they did not give us napkins. However, they were friendly and fast.

Delicious burgers, soup, fish. Staff very nice. Reasonable prices. Food cooked to order, very fresh.

My wife and I came for lunch (drive-thru). We were greeted kindly at the speaker and window. The order took a little time to serve because everything in the bag was fresh. Great experience here. We will be returning.

I had never been to a Culver’s before…. But thanks to owner Kendall Walz providing onsite electric vehicle charging, I’ve discovered my favorite-ever French fry! Crinkle-cut and crispy!
Also, courteous and competent staff here.
E stands out in a sea of apathy, for being helpful and professional!

Food is great dine in, bad experience with drive thru though. Drive thru gets you through quick but then you go wait in a spot for 20 minutes or so, and food was cool when I got home. Won't do drive thru there anymore, only dine in.
