Custard's Last Stand, Lee's Summit MO

I just went for dessert, but my concrete was very good. I would say it is very comparable to Andy's frozen custard. The girl working was very nice and I did not have to wait very long in line. I will definitely go back.

I grew up near a CLS in Johnson County and had no idea there was another in the area! You can tell from their menu that they have a huge variety of desserts- but don't overlook those French fries! They're some of the best fries I've ever had and are PERFECT with ice cream because they're extra salty.

Meh! Custard was thin & melted. Had a flavor & consistency more like ice cream. Flavor was good but my "drumstick" concrete had almost no waffle cone in it, strange, chocolate flakes or pieces & a few peanuts. Extremely lacking in toppings apart from the chocolate.

Went there for a direct comparison to Andy's down the street but the competition was over at first sight & confirmed at first bite. Price is about the same but quality, flavor & presentation (to include the indifferent staff at Custard's) can't hold a candle to Andy's.

Walked here, 4 miles round trip, with my wife a couple nights ago to get some fresh air, exercise, and support a local business. When we got there, we were flat out denied service because we weren't in a car to go through the drive through and weren't picking up for a food delivery service. I just don't understand how handing an icecream cone through the window to someone on foot is any different than doing the same to someone in a car, or to someone on foot that is picking up for a food delivery service. Also, no masks nor gloves were being worn by any of the dozen employees. I am hoping this was just a misinformed manager, but for now, you have lost my respect and business.

This was my first time ever having custard and it is SO good! I had the David Cookie and it was like a chocolate bar gave birth to other chocolate bars with a peanut butter dad in my mouth. Chocolate peanut butter taste explosion. Also the staff at the 291 Lee's Summit were super friendly. Thanks for serving up the ever so "essential" custard in times of pandemic (also I'm sorry I was a customer, my boyfriend surprised me with it and just whipped into the drive-thru because he knows how I've been wanting to try it).

Been going here since I was a kid, the black forest concrete is great. I've never actually had a burger or hot dog though.

Always good, always clean, always great service. You can never go wrong with this place, it's so good. The employees are awesome too.

The ice cream is pretty good. There are many flavors and you can even get things like concretes and regular shakes. The place has a decent burger menu too.

I look forward to one item on their menu, that is the German Chocolate Concrete. I like the chocolate yogurt, the coconut and of course the pecans my favorite nut. This is what I had on theirs visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have had their pop corn which is very good as well.

Go to place when it's hot! Check out the speciality concretes. Combos you'd never think of on your own!

The custard is outstanding. I don't understand why more people don't eat here. The cheeseburgers are made fresh and taste great.

The atmosphere was wonderful! It was like stepping back I time. They had lots of different choices and let my daughter try as many as she wanted to find her favorite. We loved it!

This is my favorite ice cream place in lees summit! If you like a place that actually gives you enough toppings to have some in every bite this is definitely the place for you. They consistently make my tiger tracks concrete with excellence. I am never disappointed when we come here!

The ice cream there is amazing, with a ridiculously high amount of customization (in my opinion its far superior to Baskin Robbins) the employees there were nice and gave no trouble when I asked them to them to clean the machines due to a severe nut allergy. There's outdoor seating and even a giant checker table. 9/10

I've been eating at Custard's since I was a little kid. They have always had amazing food and the best custard money can buy. One of the gems that Lee's Summit has to offer!

Yummy ice cream, tons of mix-in options, AMAZING fries. The only downside is that they use peanut oil in their fryers. Service has been excellent literally every time I've been here.

I mean, to be short, it's amazing. Good price.
Turn down the speaker a bit though, it's painfully loud

A favorite for over 20 years! Still as delicious as ever! Outshines all of the other frozen custard places around! My favorites are the cherry smash concrete and the cheese popcorn.

We have been coming here for years. I get the light custard concrete Strawberry Banana flavor & I love it. They also have burgers & hot dogs that are really good also.

Best frozen treats in town easily. The food is also really good and really well priced. Try the David Cookie, you won't be disappointed!
