Took my grandson's car there. He had multiple multiple exhaust leaks They fixed everything past safety and emissions very very reasonable pricing great people to work with.

Waited 3 weeks and took a day off work for nothing, this place has gone down hill and turned to big chain tactics mechanics work on comission and don't want to fix anything if its under $4-500, totally wasted my time today because they want me to buy "their" 200% markup converter, told me they would at least patch my leaks they missed 5 more leaks! I went ahead and went to another shop and decided to get the whole system replaced and duals added, yep, dropped $900 today somewhere else due to your poor service, incompetence and charging me for nothing, enjoy being busy as it will not last, one more thing. I work for 2 towing companies and I will NEVER recommend or bring breakdowns there again

My boyfriend has been without his car for a week! Each time they say it’s supposed to be ready there is always some bs excuse on why it aint ready on the day they said it would be ready. Cars are supposed to be top priority at a so called “autobody shop”. He could have easily had his car fixed and back ready at Dobbs or anywhere else. They need to do better if they want future service from customers who need their car fixed! If i could give ZERO stars i would have!

Really gone down hill, I will never go back, been taking my cars here for almost seven years at one time they were the only ones that I would let touch my car, I had multiple exhaust leaks that I wanted corrected and they didn't even look at the rest of them after telling me they would not install my converter which they told me they would install previously and I waited three weeks for nothing, I get it you want to make $200 profit on your converter too but if you guys had even taken the time to look at the other five exhaust leaks like I asked you to there was money to be made but it's fine

Wow! The first time I had them look in my car, it was a great experience and they really took their time and saved me money. Today I brought my car in to find out what was going on with it. They looked at my car right away- win win. HOWEVER - They indicated that I need front brakes, rotors and brake fluid changed and my quote was just over $600 (six hundred) for just front brakes and rotors. I called several other places and it is half the costs. Not sure what happened but I felt like they took advantage of the situation and can say I am disappointed. Please shop your prices before committing.

Best repair shop in town. Might take a bit but the quality is top notch. They have helped us out so many times. Nothing but kind words. We always recommend friends and family.

This is my new car place! I went to a place first that shall not be named but rhymes with Hobbs and they told me I needed urgent repairs that cost over a thousand dollars. I told them I couldn't do that and took the car here instead on a recommendation. Dropped it off at 8, heard by 11 the issue and price (only 200 dollars!) and it was ready to go a few hours after that. Good, honest, friendly people. Now I can be the one to recommend this place to people when the big names try to overcharge them. Thanks guys!

I had to get a last minute IDOD inspection in order to switch states for my drivers license. I called ahead and they worked with me to find a good time to squeeze me in even though I only gave them 2 days to work with. Awesome service, will be back for my next years inspection!

They took us in same day fixed our brakes, tires, and even told us where to find better tires for a cheaper price. Never thought I was under valued or being sold.

They explained what was wrong & quoted a very good cost. My car was finished quickly and at the quoted price. I recommend this shop highly!

They were able to take my vehicle in to replace the starter and had it done same day. Albert was great about communicating the issue and costs, very upfront and friendly. Highly recommend!

Walk ins only, no appointments, but I was able to have work done within the hour at a reasonable price. They will beat any price just bring in your quote.

I had called another shop for an estimate and they never returned my call. I called Custom and he said I could come in today for a free estimate. I arrived and they had my car up on the lift in 10 minutes. The quote was so reasonable that they did the work and I was out of there in 45 minutes TOTAL. If you need exhaust work this is THE PLACE!

I came in with a simple problem I suppose for them. For me it was impossible. They took care of it in 15 minutes. They were fast, honest and reasonable. I will go back again.

Custom always takes care of my problems, exhaust or mechanical and tires. No complaints usually less than competitive prices too!
