I have been a client of Jessica Kolios for years now, and she has always done an excellent job on my hair. She is the first stylist I've ever felt really understood what I was asking for, and she's the best fashion colorist I've ever been to. Jessica, you rock!

If I could give a negative star rating I would because Jessica FRIED my hair! I wanted to put highlights and trim my light/medium LONG hair (but after 4 hours of bleaching.yes 4 HOURS). My head was on fire! She removed the foils and my hair was white with shades of blue! She couldn’t even get a comb through it! I left before she could take scissors to my head! The very next day in a panic I stopped in a Fantastic Sams and the stylist actually teared up when I showed her a pic of my hair before this tragedy.she immediately had to cut 6” and gave me a protein treatment, which I’ve been doing every two weeks since June 2022. This summer I was not able to swim due to severe breakage and had to literally use Argan oil to wash my hair! Now here in September 2022 with my bleached blonde bob hair that has a lot brown re growth I am only hoping I can get something done to make me look presentable instead of a total trailer park backwoods hoosier! Please do yourself a favor RUNNNN from Jessica! Note: This is not a negative review about the salon itself only Jessica.

Emma is the BEST stylist I have ever had. She is a magician! That's the only way I can explain what she can do with color and cut.

Jess does amazing fashion hair color! I honestly feel like a superhero right now. It was very reasonably priced and I felt comfortable being around a queer/gender affirming stylist who really listened to me. Def book with Jess for the color of your dreams!

I recently started going to this salon to get my hair cut and color by Jess (Dye by Jessica). Jess has been my stylist on and off for the past 3 years, specifically for fashion colors. She’s always given me exactly what I asked for color wise and any time of asked for something more complicated, like taking my dark natural hair to silver/gray, she’s explained in detail how long that process could take, what the upkeep on my end would be. She’s always worked with me to better understand my hair and what products to use. And most importantly she makes me feel comfortable and I don’t feel like I’m asking stupid questions when I don’t understand what a product does.

I first visited Jessica (Dye By Jessica) back in 2020 at a different salon. We were at the height of the pandemic & I was scared to leave my apartment. Jessica kept with all health protocols at the time & was very warm & welcoming to me as a new client. I left the salon feeling renewed - my first cut & color since 2019. She later moved to Cut 'n Dye Salon & I moved with her. Her skill & professionalism are unmatched! As long as she's in this city doing hair, I will remain a faithful client. If I ask for a new cut, it's like she can see what I envisioned in my mind. If I want to experiment with new colors, she nails it. Color is where she excels! My hair has never looked so healthy & vibrant. I recently needed a bang trim so I reached out. She squeezed me in last minute & I left looking my best. I can't recommend Jessica highly enough.

I went to see Jessica and she took my very damaged colored hair and helped me get back to my natural color and was super considerate with my needs and the health if my hair.
