Mackenzie is the absolute worst pharmacist when it comes to customer service. Waited a week to get clarification on a doctors order. She did send the request electronically. However she refused to pick up the phone and call the pediatrician directly. My 4 year old special needs child is now out of her needed medication. When I asked for her supervisor, she told me she didn’t have one. She told me to call the 1-800-SHOP CVS line. Will be transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and too many prompts that don't address your issue. Recently, i have received 10 text message since 11/11 about different scripts about various issues-need to pick-up within 5 days, approve so we can have medication for next refill, etc. MY ISSUE: I have been by the drive thru BEFORE CLOSING. One time at 5: 48 pm, the gate was down, wouldn't answer the call button request, wouldn't answer phone because by the time I could choose prompt for a person to answer, it rang to be answered and they never did. I could see 2 people. They could at least come to gate and acknowedge your presence. Came by again during hours of being open gate down, same scenario and then I got a text to pick-up my script. Then tonight, sent text response yesterday I would pick it up today. I pull up BEFORE closing, shocker.gate down, 2 people inside, pushed CALL BUTTON with no response.
I finally went thru the entire 'calling by phone process' that would tic off the most patient of folks. Surprise.someone eventually answered. Asked how I should know drive thru closed early since it seems to happen frequently and told I would only know if come and see the gate down and sign saying closed because no pharmacist on duty. There are so many signs on the glass it is hard to notice an individual sign, plus there is leftover tape or something which covers parts of the sign. She informed me I could drive around and come in. Is there a pharmacist hiding inside that makes it ok to be open, but drive thru can't be open? I informed her I am waiting on an upcoming knee replacement (TKR) and can't walk that far at the time because my knee gives out. Don't think she cared. Maybe someone could have brought out.by then I am in tears, I am in pain I was very unpleasant at this point because I was way past just being ticked off. So I decided details might be a more informative review rather than writing
"Poor customer service and phone system needs to be improved". I will probably be moving to a different pharmacy after my TKR.

Almost worse that Walmart, I had a cash transaction and the automatic self service registers do not take cash. I waited to gain access to the actual register and the employee just walked over and glared at me and gave me an attitude. When I paid I handed the money to the employee and she sighed and huffed behind her mask. The attitude was rank and a customer should never feel like they are a bother to the employees. When she handed back my change she flopped it on the counter with a dismissive attitude then uttered "have a good one" Its not like the store was busy or anything but this seems to be the going rate for this location. Employees that are hassled by customers and they have an attitude when they actually have to ring someone up. When my girlfriend gets photos she prints every time its an annoyance from the employees that it is soo drastic that they do what they are paid to do.

Always quick in and out service. Special props to the pharmacy workers.they are always patient and friendly even when people are upset over things that they have no control of. **cough cough walk-ins that think the pharmacist should just stop everything for them and not be patient and wait 15 to 20 minutes**
I could go on but bottom line A+.

I applied for a position as a Retail Associate at this location. I have all correspondence, in text message form, from the hiring manager/human resource personal staff member, Tori She told me I would be a great fit and can be utilized by the company. From the messages, it seemed the position was obviously open and an interview would follow
Tori had a hard time responding to messages, but I was eager to get the interview. I contacted the store manager, Paul. By this time, I had been trying for 3 weeks to get a definite answer as to when the interview would be I received 5 phone calls from other CVS locations regarding positions they had open and some wanted to interview me immediately. I was still waiting on this location, as it was my first choice. BIG MISTAKE!
After contacting the store manager, Paul, I was directed back to Tori. In less than 5 minutes of contacting Paul, Tori sent me a text message that all positions had been filled. She had previously made it clear of the interest CVS had in hiring me. The text messages show that. I'm wondering if Tori and Paul's decisions were made after informing Tori of the disability. I told her I would need no accommodations. Then, after calling Paul, I was no longer considered as positions were filled?
It's been a couple weeks since this happened. Today, I checked the CVS website and this location IS hiring! I tried to login and reapply. They have blocked me from applying for ANY location. Really? You messed up and I'm made out to be the fool!
I made one mistake. I was honest. I let the hiring manager know I was disabled. I also opted to complete the part of the application indicating such. When I let Tori know the hours I could work, she said it would be perfect (her exact words)!
I will be researching avenues to see you it that CVS doesn't do this type of thing to anyone else! Shame on you CVS!
From the reviews, I see that this location has a hard time with their employees. It appears they need a lesson in being respectful and attentive to customers needs! CVS, it's your loss!

I’ve never had an issue here I don’t understand the negative reviews! I live across the street and it’s my go to place. Wether it’s medications, random needs, or whatever else. Never an issue, the staff is so sweet including the managers!

Been in line at drive thru 23 minutes and have not moved. If my insurance paid somewhere else I can guarantee you I’d not be here. Can’t get a person to answer a phone either.

If you are looking to wait forever on the phone, this is your kind of place. If you are looking for staff that is underpaid and over worked, this is your kind of place. If you are looking for a store that is always out of your medicine, this is your kind of place. Shame on you CVS, not your staff, but shame on you for not getting them some help. These people work hard and you don't give them the tools to be successful.

I go to this CVS quite frequently to buy household needs and the manager is very friendly. However, I don't fill my prescriptions here because their pharmacy is very slow and uninformed. I also came in today and the cashier behind the counter gave me attitude for approaching her counter.

What a rude experience I just had at this store. I walked in at about 9: 58 (granted two minutes before they close) but I work late and needed one quick thing. Instead of being greeted I was told "we are closed and I can't help you. " very rudely. I guess if you're gonna tell me your store is closed with a few minutes to spare, you should go ahead and lock the door while you're at it. If somebody is in the door before you close you should just help them and not be a jerk. Thanks for making me drive 20 minutes somewhere else for yor own benefit.

Got a covid 19 test today and my VA flu shot a couple of months ago.
Service couldn't have been better. The Best of the CVS locations in Blue Springs MO area.
