11My wife and I went to this location last month to pick up medication for my daughter. They charged us 84.00 for the prescription after insurance. We went to a different pharmacy today to get it refilled and was only charged 12.00 for the same prescription with the exact same insurance. I honestly believe CVS is taking advantage of the Adderall shortage and severely overcharging people. It should not be that huge of a price difference between pharmacies.
Literally the worst Pharmacy I've ever used. Told me it would be an hour topsWhich is long and itself. Didnt here nothing for hr 15 gave them a call. Waited on hold another 10 min thenthey said to come on in and get it. I got there they say its not ready yet to come back in 10 minutes again. Dont use this place if you can help it.
So I called the pharmacy to cancel my prescription for my blood thinners that I would need for pregnancy but I had miscarried but the pharmacy tech kept offering it to me!
Me: “Yeah I don’t need it anymore I had a miscarriage”
CVS Employee: “Are you sure, it’s free”
No
CVS Employee: “Well we special ordered it”
I don’t need it
CVS Employee: “Are you sure? ”
Okay I have already said I don’t need it
CVS Employee: “Well we usually don’t special order things like this”
Okay I don’t need it
CVS Employee: “It’s a big box but okay I guess there’s nothing I can do”
and then she hung up on me!
Awful customer service.
Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. After reading other reviews, I realize that it was not just my experiences that were horrible. CVS Corporate should be ashamed of these reviews. I don’t know if they have had a change of leadership over the past few years, but the staff used to be kind. My child and I were treated with so much disrespect, I cannot take my family back in that store.
Poor communication. Poor service. Not just once but many, many times. They simply don't seem to care.
Qwnt for a covid test scheduled at 1: 20 to be told at 1: 28 when I got to the pharmacy window srry we are closed for lunch you'll have to come back. Sure let me come back 45 min later after I already feel terrible and had a appointment scheduled. What a joke of a store.
The young man in the pharmacy who helped me was very kind and helpful but the older man there made an unprofessional comment that rubbed me the wrong way. He said he "misses the other store because customers would actually shower". I don't know if he was just trying to be funny but when you're in that position, I'd hope that you'd only be helpful to the people you serve and save comments like that at least until customers aren't around. I was mostly surprised that he made a comment like this where I could hear it. Not to mention I was self conscious after this because I was wearing a raggedy old coat and had, in fact, not showered hahaha but I will probably be switching my prescription to a different store now because it made me uncomfortable:/ Peace out Mark I wish you the best
People are friendly as I was couponing, a plus for me or for any couponer out there! In some store, cashier gets irritated most of the time which I don't understand as they advertised those discount anyway:)
I feel sad that my friend went for a scheduled Covid test this morning and was told the computer erased his name therefore has to book another appointment. That ain't right because he had a confirmation code with him plus don't you guys backup your computers? It is what is though. Thanks for your time though.
This pharmacy over charged me big time! They said she used my Good RX but Lied! How do I Get a Refund!
