18, My daughter woke up from few with a fever of 104 so I rushed into cvs to grab Tylenol and advil and I rushed to the cash register so I can pay and get out of there. So the Old lady with gray hair insisted I use the self check out and I told her I have only a 100 bill and I know most of the time It doesn't have enough for change so she insisted again and again so i use the self check out I did i scaned my items and I was about to pay when she said stopped me and said ooh the self check out is short on change, ill take you at the register rudely so I was like I just told you that and as you can see am in a rush so she asked me to treat her with respect heheheh like what did I do wrong? Can you scan this so I can get out of here? And she said am RUDE and that I need to treat her with respect her? Horrible Horrible horrible old lady. I left my stuff she didn't want to check me out so I went to another store and grabbed the medicine for my daughter with no problem
The automated CVS phone system is awful. It rambles on 10 minutes before giving options and they make almost impossible to get a live person. I tried over an hour to speak to the pharmacy and no one ever answered. I finally called the store manager who said they were short staffed and this is the nature of retail. I will have to move my prescriptions elsewhere if the service does not get better.
I came to shop for a doordash order tonight (March 10th, 11: 40 ish). Normal checkouts were closed and using self checkout for a instacart or doordash order requires having an employee scan a barcode for the order. I needed help with checking out my order through self checkout, since both associations were sitting at a table behind the photo department by checkout. They were ignoring my request for help at the self checkout to scan the barcode to finish the order. I'm disappointed that employees can just take a break and eat infront of customers that need help and ignore the requests for help checking out.
Rudest pharmacy staff! Both pharmacy techs and the pharmacist so unprofessional. I don’t even know where to begin but they will NEVER get my money again.
It seems that the pharmacy workers do not care about anything. I asked about a possible interaction between meds and they walked away even after asking me to repeat my question. I would stay away from here
This pharmacy doesn't come to drive up window for over 10 minutes! Girl is at desk ignoring cars at window. What's up?
This is seriously the slowest pharmacy to ever exist. Waited in line literally almost an hour trying to pick up an already filled prescription…. I will purposely get my prescriptions sent farther away even though this cvs is only 4 minutes away from my house because it would STILL take less time to get the prescriptions verses waiting in line for over an hour on my lunch break at that. And this is literally every time I come to this pharmacy, there was only 3 people ahead of me.
Drove all the way from Clayton (20 min drive) and they decided they only do vaccines now from 9am to 5pm regardless of appointment. They clearly don’t care and or going against corporate.
Scheduled a vaccine appointment at 8 and drove half an hour for them to tell me they don’t do appointments after 7.
10/10 recommend! I find this location to be better than all of the other local ones! Jasper the Pharmacist is so helpful and really takes the time to answer all of my questions. He is so professional and makes good recommendations on vitamins and supplements. They are so efficient and I never have to wait in a long line like I do at the other locations. Keep up the GREAT JOB Lindbergh store!
They were some of the most helpful pharmacy staff I have had the pleasure of working with. I look forward to seeing them again in 3 months!
I agree. Very rude pharmacy staff. They always seem to be understaffed too. Hate the mandatory self checkout at late hours too. If the cashier can help you with that, why can't they just check you out to begin with? Ridiculous! At least the cashier's are nice.
So, i really don't like writing negative reviews. However, this is the biggest waste of $140.00 that i have ever personally spent in my life. I scheduled to have ear wax removed, went in for my appointment and she starts taking multiple vitals and other unrelated stuff. Now, i did not ask for any of it. I just wanted my ears looked at. So she looks into my ears and says that my ears are completely clear. Then proceeds to charge $140.00. She did absolutely nothing. The lady we dealt with was named Ashlee. It seems they sort of bait you into other services and perform them without asking for your permission. This is just a massive scam. I had no services performed at all. I will never go back to a cvs in my life. I will also be contacting customer service in the a.m.
Jasper is the rudest pharmacist I have ever meant. If I could give this place zero stars I would. He would not let my finish my sentences. He had a rude tone and kept cutting me off. I tried to be as polite as possible but he just wasn’t feeling it. Don’t go here for pharmacy needs.

I was there last night and asked for the aged man that i want to help with photo passport but he just look at me and say nothing.i know he was busy in his cashier job but can he say something like: wait a minute or let me call someone come and help you.i waited for him few minutes and hear nothing from him.what king of customer service like that? Or maybe we are asian? Sorry about my english but im really mad
I am in care of my Mother who is diabetic, in heart failure and renal failure. Her medications keep her stable and without them she is at high risk for an event. We have been having issues with this pharmacy sending messages saying that they are contacting her doctor for a refill and then they never do. So today she is due for an injection and we have no meds. I usually catch this in advance but this time I missed it. I called the pharmacy to ask where the communication breakdown could be. I was told that I should find another CVS location where my experience might be better. I was shocked and repeated back what I had just heard. The employed confirmed that I should try another location. I asked if I could speak to the Manager and was told she was off today. I am calling corporate and will sit on hold for the 20 minute wait to let them know what a sorry representation of the brand that this store is!
Not only is it nearly impossible to get in and out of, more expensive and literally takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time to pick up my prescriptions EVERY TIME. A whole store dedicated to medicine and prescriptions, wait to get in filled and then they aren’t ready when you go to pick them up. I’ve been to Walgreens, Schnucks, Walmart and it’s never that inconvenient or takes so much time! I will be switching to another pharmacy. Y’all really need to get it together.
