7This pharmacy has the worst customer service in all of Arnold. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Upon arriving at 7 in drive through, the dark haired girl out of 3 woman, one blonde woman, Kristy and then the pharmacist. The dark haired young lady was rude and as I handed my prescription over she stated we close in an hour. Since she wanted to be rude as no cars were in drive thru I stated I would wait. An epipen is emergency medication. The dark haired rude girl stated we couldn’t wait at drive thru so we went inside where we was told we can sit because we were standing. While standing there the same rude employee is overheard making rude comments about us. Needless to say we asked for a name to make a complaint. As I can see from reviews this isn’t the first negative comment about customer support within the pharmacy.
Employee there at the time, 6/10 at 6: 05 pm, was rude and unprofessional. She was eating take out food behind the counter right where everyone could see her. Imposition she had to pull herself away from that and ring us up. Bad attitude thru out whole transaction. Will never go there again.
The pharmacy here got bad about 3 years ago, pre-pandemic, but seems to have made changes to improve services. Upgrading from 1 star to 4
I think it is ridiculous to charge me 5 dollars a month to get a "possible" reward
I usually enjoy going to this store, however as of lately their lack of care is showing.they ALWAYS have multiple boxes out with empty shelves, employees in charge of stocking the shelves seem lazy.there's one particular employee who everytime i see her, she's just complaining about her job. This store never seems to stock or put things away, they just keep the mess out for DAYS.everytime i've come in there's always such a mess in the middle aisle.
Unfortunately I cannot give multiple 1 star reviews. Pharmacy performance is especially poor as the phone has never been answered when trying to call. Not just for prescriptions as my booster appointment was cancelled by then and they did not allow me to reschedule. After all of that the employees argue that a Coke product is Pepsi when it says Coke on the box. Drive thru continues to be especially poor as I waited nearly 20 minutes and no one ever came to shorten the line. This is not during lunch hour either.
