Drug Store CVS reviews
11There costumer service got better BUT there hours are dumb there sign say there open 10-6 on there old sign, new sign, and website for inside pharmacy but they were not open at 11am what logic is that! They also didn’t send out any notifications that they were closing for good Monday so dumb because what doctors office is open Saturday, Sunday and day before 4th of July! Would have been nice to know this before this week that they’re closing I’m definitely switching to Walgreens after this they pulled the last nerve for me! They got so many chances and they blew it! I think everyone knows why they went out of business at that store.
Waited 45 mins on phone and still haven't had a representative answer the phone. Sent in a script 12 days ago and it says it is still not ready. Can't even get a representative to answer the phone to update me or anything. Transferring to a different pharmacy. I suggest others do the same. Very unprofessional.
I had the pleasure of interacting with AL Green at your store on more than one occasion. He is always pleasant, efficient and competent. A very nice individual.
We visited a great CVS! We came right before the store was closing and Al Green allowed us to come in to pick up the items we needed. He was friendly, kind and very patient. I appreciate great customer service and I’m happy to had experienced such a nice person!
A cashier refused to check me out because she thought I have an attitude! And I did not have any attitude. I felt horrible! Check my receipt, I had to get another cashier to check me out! I was in pain and needed the relief otherwise I would walkout and never return to that store again
I decided to go ahead and change my view because they have been doing a lot better. I’ve been still going to the CVS because I pretty much had no other choice and after calling corporate on them I will have to say they improved. I haven’t had to call them lately for anything, but Grabbing my medicine from people inside or drive-through, there has been no issues so far and nobody’s been rude. The lady who was rude I no longer see. Hopefully they can keep that up!
Sent my husband to grab a money order, and they refused to sell it to him because of his license? The manager didn't even know what to do, said "I don't know" and walked away. I have never even been asked to show a license to purchase. They clearly have no idea why they're doing and no customer service skills to speak of.
So when trying to get a Covid test. I go online and find a CVS near me which was this CVS. They say they give them and when you get to the drive thru. They say they are not giving test and that’s and error on the company site. Me being frustrated. I vocal like that not cussing and the rep Daniel just hangs up the phone. Is this the type of customer service That the CVS they seem very happy. They could not assists with anything else and the best thing for them to do is hang up the phone. Please don’t eventually go to the CVS pharmacy they just don’t care and they show it with their actions. We all have had days but if that’s Jamie you feel give the phone to a more mature employee that can handle the call because the customer was not wrong I. This situation.
Pharmacy is poor service I’m not happy with I really need my rx today damnit
Very important rx for my thyroid! I’m not happy I will change some e
Where I will call my dr all abt them
I've been waiting on my prescription for 3 days, I've called multiple times and they never answered the phone. Today I decided to get up and just go up there just to find a note saying they are closed due to unforseen issues! On the note it's gives another pharmacy phone number and it's the wrong number! Totally unprofessional they should have at least put a message out on they're web site or called the customers that are waiting on prescriptions. I will be transferring my business elsewhere. Hopefully no one has a life threatening issue and needs their medication!
I was treated very badly on two occasions, by the manager on duty, and I have no explanation why he chose to behave in this hostile/rude manner. The front door was open when I arrived, and the publicized business hours were well within my shopping time frame.
When I placed my merchandise on the counter, at 6 p.m. I was refused service by the manager on duty, and I was TOLD to leave without my merchandise, because they were "closed". I want to know why the front door was open, and the business hours posted online are differing from the randomly set hours of this store. This is the third time I have seen this store close prior to advertised business hours. Is this your policy, to refuse business randomly, even though the management fails to announce, notify or lock the doors of the store?
