CVS advertisers that you don't need appointments to get your flu shot and COVID shot and I was at 3 different CVS including this one and all of them turned me down and turn me away how long with with That they didn't have the medication that I needed. They said it was backordered and had no idea when the medication would arrive.
CVS is probably the most poorly run chain that I've ever seen in my life.
You need new management in all the stores. It sounds like especially upper management.

The staff in the pharmacy are friendly and attentive. They have a very stressful job and they are understaffed at times. The Healthcare system in America is ridiculous. But it's not these hard working peoples fault. Please keep that in mind when there's a line or something isn't ready yet.

You can't drive up anymore, they don't answer their phone and they have been working on my prescriptions for a week and still don't have them processed. CVS used to be good it is now horrible and they just don't care!

Waited in line for over 30min. For the person working the counter to first tell me she did t have my prescription on file, then she said they were back logged hundreds of orders, next she proceeds to tell me my prescription is expired. I explained it wasn’t expired when I filled the prescription and CVS callled me several times to tell me it was filled. She then Asked me if she wanted me to fax my doctor at almost 8pm. I told her my daughter really needed this medication tonight and she suggested I go to urgent care! HORRIBLY understaffed and unorganized. DO NOT USE this pharmacy. Drive thru is always closed due to not enough workers.

I always have issues with this pharmacy I have used it for many years because of connivence being by my residence and have dealt with their rude employees and NEVER having my prescriptions done when they say for far to long! Over the phone I called my scripts in yesterday at 10 am it said they will be ready for pickup 3pm so knowing them I could wait another day so they will REALLY be ready, nope I go in today in the afternoon and they don’t have them ready and say it will be another 2 hours! I don’t know why they think not having peoples prescriptions done that we need to live is a game and making me drive multiple trips for no reason wasting my time and gas! This is the last time I will ever use this pharmacy! I’m taking my business elsewhere this is plain ridiculous you will not make any more money off me I promise! I hope all u employees read these and know how horrible and lazy you are! Straight worthless, they way it’s going you will be out of business in no time anyway!

Every month it’s something with this pharmacy. They do not answer the phone whatsoever so I have to drive there every-time there is an issue. I finally had enough and put in a transfer to Sams Club and because CVS has not been returning Sams Clubs phone calls or faxes Ive been out of my medication for 3 days now. This includes 3 days of driving all the way to the CVS to ask what the hold up is and they just don’t think answering the phone or fax is apart of their job anymore. Finally called my doctors office today and asked them to send my scripts to Sams but my doctor is out of town for 2 days so hopefully I can get my meds by next week, If i'm lucky. Ridiculous.

This cvs is trifling. The shelves are bare the prices online are not what’s in the store and they’re too high.

Fairly quick in and out there red box hasn't had any new movies in many months. Also if you by chance you get a damaged disk and they movie won't play its a nightmare trying to get a refund. Now the people who work in the store I liked and the pharmacy folks will always help you plus if you want quality health care items there the place to go albeit you get what you pay for. This is my review of Red box the people at CVS are decent folks I'm glad they do what they do

I think some people - employees - forget they are at work and talk like they are out in the streets or at home. We do not need to hear how you can't keep a man and hear you cursing with everyother word that comes out your mouth. At least have the curdesy to wait until the customer is out the door.

Place is filthy. Can't use the pharmacy drive thru ever because the ancient telephone you have to use just to speak to them on the other side of the glass is broke (for quite some time now). Always so many people waiting because the service is extremely slow.

The pharmacy here use to have pleasant customer service but the past few months, it took a huge dip. Went to pick up some meds for my husband and before paying, I told the tech that he recently got new insurance and is under my plan now. I presented them my card and she was gonna check. A few minutes later, another tech comes up full force and attitude and told me my husband does NOT have coverage through mine and it’s saying not valid. She also wanted to know what he was under mine - either dependent or spouse. I told her yes, he is covered under mine because I know he is and I checked prior. I presented the tech his card and I told her maybe it’s because his ID# ends in 2 and mine is 1. And she pouts and storms off to the back. A few moments later, my original tech comes back and tells me my updated total after insurance. Nobody apologized to me for the pharmacy tech’s attitude nor for coming full force on me and making me look like a clown for her mistake. I get being a tech isn’t easy and I’m also in the PBM field, you get the full force of people’s attitude but you don’t know me and I don’t know you. Do not take out your frustration that someone gave to you to me. Plus you made a mistake. Apologize, own it and take it as a learning opportunity to do better for the next customer. Also, my cashier was in a tshirt and shorts. When did pharmacy techs start dressing super casual?

They never answer their phones. I'm serious. I've been on hold for hours, and so has my doctor.
I recommend a different pharmacy if you appreciate good communication.

Been to other cvs had way better experience this one no greeting customers who come in and pharmacy unprofessional lots cussing they didn’t seem to car my first time won’t be back making sure warn family friends steer clear of here had such a hard time getting my meds I had to get dr to call get involved Iv never had any issues any other cvs like this one before y’all need to do better cause wow lol
