Drug Store CVS reviews
17They do not answer their phone, or the techs pick up the phone and hang up instantly. I've had issues getting prescriptions over the last couple months and drive thru has been closed for a while now. CVS is going down hill and I will be transferring to a different pharmacy.
If you are looking for the worst pharmacy in MO, then look no further! Honestly, I feel a little guilty even giving them 1 star. They take days to fill scripts and don't bother trying to call them, because they won't answer the phone.
Wonderful experience and would highly recommend friends, family, and anyone else to use this store as their first option to purchase needed items.
Pharmacy Customer service is horrible. Takes multiple days to get any prescriptions filled. Doctor sent in RX for antibiotics for my daughter and not only did they not fill it until I called, it then took two more days because they were out of stock and told me I needed to call around to find the medication.
They were super busy and short staffed and they worked hard to get me the medication I needed. I appreciated their kindness.
No vaccination service though they allowed us to make an appointment online, texted us about it, and we checked in, only to hear that "we don't do vaccinations any more". Despite the fact there is a sign in the window saying they did. This is false advertising AND putting people at risk. The staff was rude in the extreme about it blaming "corporate" for allowing appointments while obviously not doing the minimal things they could do like REMOVING A SIGN and putting up their own sign or calling corporate to tell them to stop appointments. I understand that the hq needs to take down appointments but their staff was rude and not even apologetic and wouldn't do minimal effort to make sure it doesn't happen.
Getting prescriptions filled here is a joke. Orders magically get canceled and when you call to see why no one answers the phone.
Can’t trust online system for scheduling COVID or Flu vaccines. Had appointment scheduled and confirmed with link to check in 1 hour before appointment. When I checked in and arrived was told that they are not administering any vaccines due to lack of staff. Waste of time and offered no solution to correct the problem.
This use to be a good CVS but now it is trash. They can't even get one percription done on time. On multiple occasions I was told my prescription was ready and when I came in it was not. They can't get the correct scripts to auto fill They request wrong drugs from wrong doctors when attempting renewals. The icing on the cake for me was that I was standing in their long line for the 3rd time in a week to get my script and they shut the partition in my face so they could do lunch. CVS has turned to trash.
This pharmacy is always "understaffed". Drive thru is frequently closed. Line inside as I type is 12 people deep. Do not use this location.
The pharmacy techs work hard and try to help, but prescriptions are delayed days, if not weeks at a time, phone is never answered, it's impossible to get them to transfer your prescription elsewhere. Due to the pharmacist shortage, pharmacy had been closed a lot lately making it all even worse. Look elsewhere for your prescription needs.
Last time I use this pharmacy. I was told by the receptionist that my prescription would be ready on Sunday…guess what? The pharmacy is closed on sunday
This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions aren't filled for days. I'm talking up to 4 days sometimes. Drive thru is always closed during normal business hours. Lines are long inside. Rude reception. Wrong medicine giving or only part. I use a different pharmacy when I can.
Reviews are true y'all. I've called a total of 9 times the past 3 days and can't get through to anyone. I'm on hold 15+ minutes before I give up and it's awful and irritating. I just want help regarding my medications, that's it.
Worst pharmacy I have ever been to, period, and I'm a veteran.this is worse than the VA.not to mention the slowest in the city. I witnessed others problems with staff here too, such as Pharmacist and techs give advice, recant that advice, then restate the first advice, only to change again. Truly an underwhelming staff, bordering on complete incompetence. It's a 1 star review because you are not allowed to post without at least one star.otherwise, no stars.
The pharmacy recently changed staff and they are AWFUL. I have never had such awful service and stupid people.
You guys are AWEFUL at answering the phone. They will just ignore you, keeping you on hold until you get tired and hang up.
