Drug Store CVS reviews
16I'm going to be honest the people that run the store of no common sense when you see a adult clearly over the age of 25 buying liquid band-aid and cold medication but we're going to refuse to sell due to lack of an ID how about lack of common Sense. P every time I go in the store there's no one that wants to help you very rude and condescending and nothing is ever on the shelves. It's not like they're putting things away when they're not helping you never will I go back
Everyone in the pharmacy has been nice to me. The drive thru not being open much has been a little annoying though.
This location makes me miss The walgreens in claycomo. I pick up prescriptions for my daughter and my father here all the time. Every time I have to call the doctors and double check that the prescription was indeed sent. By the time you hop back in line to confirm with the pharmacist it was indeed sent. They somehow magically find it. And if it's too late to call your doctors and have it confirmed that it was sent over. You get to enjoy hearing the employees complain about their job.
I’ve bad nothing but trouble for months going to this place. I know it’s hard to get help and the staff there working in the pharmacy works hard. The male employee that works the front counter however is rude and lacks customer service
This is just a very disappointing cvs. There is never anything in stock. There is never any employees to help you especially with self-checkout being their number one cashier. I'm not against self-checkout and I do understand that employees have to get things put away and this must be a blessing having a 24/7 cashier the only problem is there's no way that they don't have just one minute to help a customer in the store. They should be more than willing to help out customers in the store since its self-checkout is doing part of their job. Things would be a lot easier to deal with this if they were more helpful and didn't have an attitude. It is a shame that I live just a few minutes from that location and still have to drive a good 5 to 10 minutes to the CVS on Antioch road. Very inconvenient.
I would not recommend this location at all. Specifically the pharmacy. I don't know who I was speaking with on the phone but they were super rude, kept cutting me off while I was talking and asking questions, offered no help what so ever. I would give zero stars to this place if it was an option.
Absolutely dreadful experience every time I come here. The first time I came was to get dog hair out of my ear. They did nothing. Took vitals and charged me $80 and sent me home. No diagnosis, nothing. Today, I scheduled a vaccine twice through their website. When I arrived they told me that they aren't doing vaccines. Their website didn't say anything about this. I'll never come here again.
Called and called and called the pharmacy about a prescription my doctor sent in that I NEEDED. Finally went up there, they said they don't answer the phones. Girl had an awful attitude and was less than helpful, told us the medication was out of stock at their CVS and good luck figuring it out. Ended up being able to send it to Liberty and get it there 10 hours after my doctor sent the script. This location is a JOKE.
Been going to this pharmacy for years. It has gone downhill fast. The female pharmacist is rude and has messed up the count on my prescription more than once. Forced to sit on hold to get a refill but no one answers the phone. The pharmacy techs are as helpful as they can be working under an incompetent pharmacist.
Online script refilled, supposed to be ready after 7pm. Went following day at 11: 30.still NOT ready! Blamed computer system
This CVS is absolutely wonderful! The staff has always been considerate and helpful to me, (Faith is really nice), the pharmacy is always very accommodating and timely, and the selection is pretty decent.
This is a great location!
Literally the worst CVS pharmacy ever! They open and close whenever they want to. The staff are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. The drive thru is always closed and they never have any medication in stock
Was on hold all day yesterday started today early thinking they were busy the staff are very rude when u go in almost always out of the prescriptions, then telling you it's best to go to another store because they're so short staffed that it'll be a few days when I see 3 people standing around talking.
Outrageous customer service. No one answers the phone! I’m currently on hold and have been for almost an hour!
Trash can outside was overflowing Tuesday & on Friday it’s never been emptied so trash all over ground. Looks disgusting!
Refilling my prescription here has become a job. Over the last few months. It takes over 30 minutes on hold to speak to the pharmacy. Since my rx is controlled substance, I have to call and speak to a pharmacist for every refill. I am looking for another place now. While still on hold.
