Recent needed a Rx transferred from Walgreens to this CVS. My Rx cost significantly less at the CVS with the use of a Singlecare coupon that I found online. Staff actually answered the phone and were polite both over the phone and in person. I had a very pleasant experience.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. I waited on hold for 60 minutes, so decided to drive to the pharmacy to request a transfer of a medication from their competitor. When I arrived the employee told me they ignore calls. I told her I had made the request via their app a week earlier and the pharmacist said they never look at those. (WTH) …. They never had my medication prepared as promised.

The pharmacist said they’re super short handed and corporate won’t up their staffing numbers even though their volume is more than their sister locations.

When most companies are attempting to address Social Determinants of Health, CVS said screw it in this case. They’ve intentionally ignored this location.

Had really good experiences, then Tonya came… she was not friendly, didn’t seem to care about the job, and when she gave me my medication bag, (she didn’t hand me anything) she basically dropped it on me and I had to catch it. I asked a question about good rx and felt dismissed. It just was not a good interaction at all. None of it was good. Considering moving my prescriptions out of this location.

If you have a critical medicine, get it from another pharmacy. This pharmacy has a real problem getting prescriptions ready before you run out of medicine.

Schnucks Pharmacy usually had long lines, but they had good customer services, and I usually didn't have a problem. The transition to CVS has been nothing but problematic. From CANCELLING prescriptions within a couple hours of being filled (something about how they couldn't have them "in the line"? This happened to me and other customers in line) to hanging up on me when I tried to call. I always went back to the pharmacy after the official conversation because of a billing issue with a previously filled prescription, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because they're now CVS.so did they lose all patient records? They definitely lost an Rx for my dog - they don't even have a record I ever picked it up. I don't think I've ever seen such a poor transition, and it doesn't speak highly of their professionalism and capabilities.
