Everyone here is so nice and helpful every time I go. Definitely the best CVS for prescriptions by far!

I call in prescriptions. I get a call back with recorded message. Dr has denied. This happens EVERYTIME! Then in few hours get recorded message saying it's filled. My Dr never denies this med!
My husband was told by pharmacist, that the reactions I had to a medication was not caused from medication. How dare he! How does he know what reactions people have? Yes there are common ones. But also uncommon ones!

Always friendly. And always on top of their business. I go nowhere else for my medication and they have good prices.

I hate to be the one to say it, but something is severely wrong with this pharmacy.

I have experienced multiple instances of short-changed prescriptions—some of which are controlled substances that I can't refill until a later date. This means I'll have to experience several days of excruciating withdrawal symptoms until my pharmacy permits me with the treatment I need simply to function as a human being.

In the past, accommodations through my doctor (who also has faults) were made for my previous experiences of lacking medication. If those accommodations were a result of pure luck, my luck has run out. Moreover, so has my patience with excusing this suspicious behavior that compromises my health and well-being.

The scariest part to me about all this is knowing I might not be the only one who is dealing with this problem. However, I for one am done being silent about it.

Been in there 4 times since they took over for Schnucks.just terrible Didnt have insurance information transferred, then didnt have all our family down for insurance. Long long waits then each time didnt have prescription ready as promised long after time they said, now this time again after waiting in line prescription not ready 2hours after said time, said they would call, its been 7 hours since we dropped off our prescription no call, no text, no answer just on hold waiting for someone to answer call, and now there closed and NO prescriptions!
Always have an excuse though.were just very busy, were shorthanded. System down.etc etc how about just INCOMPETENCE! Gonna return to walgreens.

They called to say my script was ready. I go there to get it, wait in line for 15 min.to be told it was not ready because there are issues with the phone system. A day later I go there, and then Im told that they no longer have my insurance on record (even though I been using the same pharmacy for years). Now that they are CVS, it seems like a bunch of excuses and bs. Not happy!

They can't count to 30 when filling my orders. They have me picking up 3 or more times a month for 7 prescriptions. Some of the workers are rude and low IQ, I feel bad for whom ever handles the complaints.
