Staff doesn't seem to have much knowledge & has horrible attitude. This is the norm as it takes place on a regular basis. I'm there every month sometimes twice a month & it doesn't change. Even if it means a greater distance I'm searching for a better pharmacy

Drive-thru is always closed. They have a sign in the window stating it’s closed due to not enough staff. Is a huge inconvenience for customers that rely on drive thru. I switched locations for this reason.

Unfortunately, this was the worst service from a pharmacy I have ever experienced. The most unprofessional group of people ever. I had to have my prescription transferred from this pharmacy to a Walgreens pharmacy to be filled.

I called today about 5 times, 2 of the times nobody even answered the phone and 1 time i was told to hold and nobody ever came to the phone, another time the lady answered at 1: 25 and said “call back at 2” and hung up their lunch doesn’t start until 1: 30 MIND YOU i had been call since 1: 00! This isn’t the first time they’ve been rude and even my doctors said they were rude to them over the phone AND in person. Ever since they switched over to Cvs its been HORRIBLE! I DONT recommend

Called at 3: 11 pm today and asked if they were still accepting walk-in covid vaccinations. I was told yes & there was some available today and to come on in. So I showed up at 4: 30 and was denied a Covid vaccine, and the the woman told me all the shots had already been accounted for.so why have me show up? It’s messy, unprofessional, and I’m confused on why they paying them to give me inaccurate information and waste my time.also, if they aren’t even able to scheule an appointment and I have to go online why isn’t CVS paying me? If I’m working?

A couple employees need customer service training, as in not cutting people off before they can get their question out.

They will def lie about pickup times for your meds. Some at the front counter have no idea how to answer questions concerning your meds, even after they ask you if you have any questions, go figure. There is a very rude tech that works in the back, I had just had a tooth pulled and she chose to go back and forth with me about my med pickup time that I was told. They do all drive ups first no matter how long you have been standing at the counter. Meds are absolutely never ready when they say they will be, even after coming in after the said time in order to give them a bit more time, they will have to look for it plus bag it and price it after you show up to pick your meds up. So Im waiting 2 days for my birth control (which is already pre-packaged) So inconvenient. I only go to this pharmacy due to the price of my monthly med bit the speed and accuracy needs a major upgrade at this location in particular, cant speak on other locations.
