CVS Pharmacy, St. Louis MO

Staff is very professional and rxs are generally timely. They do an excellent job with the phone.

The physical space is a little limited probably needs some modification in the long run to separate the lines etc from grocery traffic. Not CVS's fault just what they "inherited" from Schnucks

I’ve had nothing but problems since this pharmacy has switched to CVS. They have promised to fill prescriptions one day, then when I show up I’m told it hasn’t been ordered. There seems to be a lack of management and accountability. The staff is friendly, but whomever is running the daily operations should be seriously reprimanded or just let go all together. I never write reviews, especially not bad reviews, but after dealing with this level of incompetence and inconvenience for over 4 months, it had to be done. I am taking my families prescriptions to the CVS on Manchester and Kirkwood from now on, they have shown much more professionalism and seem to actually want my patronage.

I talked to the older pharmacist, Danny Schwinks. He explained my medicine copays to me and even gave me a lollipop! What a gentleman

Fantastic! I generally get fairly irritated at the pharmacy world and navigating my insurance. There was a male pharmacist (forgot his name) who helped me out. He and the technicians looked busy but gave me all of the time they had in the world. And got me out in a timely manner. A+

I quit Schnucks Pharmacy years ago but my wife's insurance doesn't let use her Walgreens and this pharmacy is very conveniently located. But no more. Almost every time there is an issue on their end. I made a third visit to pick up her prescription this time. The first visit, a day later, it wasn't ready. The second visit, they didn't send an alert that it was ready and they expired it. The third visit, they needed to update her insurance which I did not have.

These were my experiences in the past and why I quit. She, too, is done with Schnucks.
