CVS Pharmacy reviews
4Visit today to pick up a script. Alicen was at checkout. I seen at least 4 other people in pharmacy. First off my money will sepen just as good as anyone's. My transaction was not complete and I was walked away from to help someone who cut the line. Yes there was a line. Alicen proceed to tell me she could not change my email that was wrong because she had customers waiting behind me. So rude and being aggressively inpatient. My info was not correct.email wrong.phone number wrong.worst customer service I have ever gotten. I work in management at a much larger box and this should never happen. We pay her paycheck and in my opinion she does not deserve one. I will never step foot in this location or a cvs ever. I know I'm a drop in the bucket but customers come first. I will be reaching out to a corporate office over this.
Some of the fastest prescription fills here (especially if you let them know you're waiting), despite sometimes very busy times of day when there will be a number of people waiting in both the store and in the drive-thru. Pharmacists/staff can be very friendly if you're friendly and understanding - reports of "not the friendliest staff" I find to be due to their high volume of customers and scripts to fill. If you've ever waited for a script during their busiest hours, you know what I mean - you'll have people waiting at the drive-thru, they're trying to fill scripts for people in the store AND there'll invariably be the sound of them getting multiple phone calls. And yet the staff hold their own and keep their cool - also, the pharmacists themselves will sometimes take the time to help a customer checkout so they can get you out of their faster.
Efficient. I've never had a problem with any of my prescriptions. Not the friendliest staff.
