7 I have never been treated so rudely by a Pharmacist in my life, they normally have a different pharmacist there. My grandson is ADHD and has been out of his medication for over a week. Whenever I called the pharmacy the automated system stated it was being prepared. I checked with the Doctor's office to see if they had sent over the script and they had. As it had been a long time I went into the pharmacy, only to wait for almost ten minutes. The first gentleman was really polite but couldn't find out why his medication wasn't ready. The pharmacist then said "send her over here" loudly, she then asked for my grandson name and birthdate loudly and then yelled out that "medicaid won't cover it". Not only is that a HIPPA violation but the rudeness was what bothered me. I care for my grandson now and as I do not have full custody of him we couldn't add him to our insurance so medicaid is the only option. However, for her to treat anyone in such a fashion is despicable. The funny thing is Missouri Medicaid has covered that particular medication since August of last year. My Doctor's office then called the pharmacy and were also treated rudely as they called me and straightened out the problem and the medication was covered. I am so disheartened by this behavior from a so- called professional. CVS you can do better!

I have been in line at the drive through here for twenty five minutes with two cars in front of me and the line hasn't moved. It is hard to believe it can take that long to pick up a prescription!

Prescription was called in Thursday about noon. Went to this location on Friday about 11am. I was told that it was not ready. Asked to come back at 12pm to 1pm on Friday 6/23. By this time I was. I will never use this pharmacy again!
I was going to shop here until the staff was rude for no reason. I asked for a bathroom key, got the side eye up and down, and attitude. I'll take my money elsewhere thank you.
Staff is super friendly, the new technician is super friendly and helpful.
Got my second Covid shot as a walk in, very friendly and quick response from the pharmacy team, much better than the Noland Rd location.
The most rude staff working the pharmacy drive through window today! We will transfer all prescriptions from CVS to another pharmacy after this rude encounter!
Discharged from hospital. New 2 area but not CVS. Had a cab waiting for me. The pharmacist filled my prescription with break-neck speed and accuracy.
