CVS Pharmacy, Kansas City MO

Horrible service minute clinic lady did not care at all the place is empty and said make walk in appointment so I walk in and she says I’m booked there’s absolutely no one there as I was there for 10 minutes. CVS had gone down hill and should have a look into their customer care at the minute clinic. Never going back.

It's ok, not had any issues, employees are kinda meh and the store is basic, but no reason to particularly not go

Switched to Walgreens after over a year of constant problems picking up medicines. My GI doc didnt know we switched, and sent a script for a new medicine to CVS, which is supposed to help me feel like Im NOT swallowing acid 24/7. I got a text at 8: 29pm, and when I arrived at 9: 25pm was just in time to see them tell a couple that was in line ahead of me that they were closing early, goving no reason when asked, and then they shut the grate to block out any other customers.

Way to make me feel better about leaving for Walgreens, guys. Really great job. I guess next time you text me I should drop everything and sprint over ASAP to spare you any inconvenience. No worries, I love having severe reflux pain because you can't be bothered to finish a shift.
