Excellent service. Helped set up cost saving membership. Always courteous and thorough.

I had used Schnucks pharmacy for years and they were great. Then CVS took over. It's been a disaster every since. The pharmacist that is there is a nice guy who tries his best to serve everyone but the last two visits, he was there alone (answering the phone, dealing with the long line, AND trying to fill prescriptions). The most recent visit the Doc sent the prescription at 10 am. I received a text that it would be ready at 5 pm. I got there at 5: 30 pm, looked at my phone, and it now said it would be ready at 7: 30 pm. I got in line just to check, he said he would go ahead and fill it. BUT he kept getting interrupted with a long line of customers. Finally 30 minutes later, he called me over to tell me that he didn't have the meds I needed but that he could send the script to another store that did have it.

I've had it and have switched to another LOCAL small pharmacy that cares about its customers. Schnucks should do something about this - b/c I always end up getting groceries while I'm waiting. No more.l
