CVS Pharmacy reviews
7 CVS appears to be understaffed and overworked which probably explains some of the misconduct.
There was, however, one very delightful female pharmacist about to retire at a different location with great common sense and a very pleasant attitude who should be running the company in my view.
They pay no attention what so ever to the drive thru window, I waited 40 mins with no assistance!
I was taken care of very well by the two people who helped me today. I had trouble with my insurance carrier and they helped me get my medication out of pocket with discounts and CVs rewards. I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to get your names but hopefully you will read this and know that you are appreciated and you guys definitely made my week!

Drive through has been closed for repair for months now and it’s getting old. I am a disabled customer that has trouble walking and standing for any distance or length of time. I’m normally a very patient person and understand equipment needs repair from time to time but there is no way a company the size of CVS could not find a repairman in a City this size within a week or maybe two. This store lost a few GREAT employees a while back and it is VERY NOTICEABLE. The service seems to go downhill every time I am forced to visit. I haven’t ever had an issue with their delivery service and that’s probably all that keeps me from moving my scripts to a different pharmacy.
Addendum: app and website not working unable to use delivery service I pay for. Went to store and drive through still not open and homeless person changing clothes behind the store. When entering found a large hole in the ceiling with buckets collecting debris in the middle of the isle leading to the back of the store where the pharmacy counter is. I then had to stand in line for 25 minutes to speak to anyone. I’m a week out of having back surgery so not supposed to be going anywhere bending standing lifting usual restrictions. CVS keeps going down hill almost as if they are planning to close permanently. I don’t get it, I sure hope they can get their act together soon because there are a lot of pharmacies in the metro area that do care about their patients.
Disappointed Again
Worst experience ever at a business. Pharmacist was rude and didn’t want to listen to me at all.
I ordered prescription refills online. I got an email confirmation. But when I didn't get the medicine and called the pharmacy they had no record of the order. This pharmacy is completely overtaxed. If I call, they put me on hold for at least 30 minutes. When I go in, it takes at least 30 minutes to pick up my order and pay.
I wish this wasn't my insurance's preferred medicine provider. The service in store is never a problem, but on multiple occasions I've waited on hold for 1hr+ just to speak to a pharmacist. I even stayed on hold in the store one time while waiting my turn and workers were basically doing nothing behind the counter, knowing the phones were going insane. I understand some times are busier than others, but c'mon man. This is ridiculous.
