4The last several times we have used CVS the people have lost the perscription and told me that I hadn't given them the prescription. They finally located it and then told me I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes for it to be filled. The pharmacist was rude telling me it was possible that that I had given them the prescription due to them not accepting prescriptions at the time I had dropped it off. It took 10-15 minutes for them to finally locate it (no apolgy from the pharmacist) We left CVS 3-4 years ago due to the rudeness, mistakes and general mismanagement of this store and went to your competitor across the street Summers Pharamcy. We will not continue doing business with CVS.
The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. If they had some folks that had some integrity or a brain even maybe, just maybe, it wouldn’t be a nightmare to get some decent, not even good, just some decent service.
I would like to give "10 STARS" to Jessica G.from the CVS Kearney MO store. She went over the top to help my husband get his prescription insurance coverage straightened out with OptumRX. These insurance issues repeatedly occur since they started coverage for our medicare advantage plan. I have, in the past, spent hours with the insurance company to resolve these issues. But once Jessica got a hold of this she was relentless with OptiumRX and resolved the issue. My thanks to her is insufficient. I also needed to let you know about this outstanding employee. After a week of Walgreens trying to fill my prescription with no luck and there solution was to come back tomorrow, I found what I needed in stock at CVS. It can be scary when your on the verge of runny out. I was on my last day and CVS came thru.
