New Techs need to respect others time, & show compassion without rudeness due to there own problems with uncertainty.

The employees are always nice and friendly but that doesn't matter when they short you half of your medication. A month ago I requested a medication that had 120 pills but they filled a different prescription for 60. I just noticed another prescription was screwed up as well a few days ago. The paper on the bag clearly says 16 tablets, which should have been 2 full boxes. Instead I received 8 pills in a bottle.

I switched to CVS from Amazon Pill Pack pharmacy because they kept messing up orders since January 1st, some were also lost in shipping. I thought since CVS owns Aetna that they would do better and be quicker getting prior authorizations done. Nope, we are halfway through May and I have not been able to get my eye drops all year. Neither Amazon or CVS follows up with the doctor or ever even tries to call them. My doctor said they never even received any prior authorization paperwork from either pharmacy.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS ON CLEARANCE!

Last 2 times I purchased clearance items the discount did not ring up, even with my CVS saver card. I just happened to notice it the first time and remembered to check it the 2nd time.

Both times I reported it to the store manager but she did no seem concerned, stating that they will be happy to fix it when it happens (if it is noticed, as they did not catch it when I checked out either time). Previous to this, I never checked my receipt so I concerned that I may have paid full price in the past for items that were on clearance with out knowing it!

Because of the store managers apparent lack of concern, I asked the store manager to have the regional manager contact me but.never heard back! (She would not give me the regional managers contact info).

I really liked supporting my community CVS and shopped there frequently. I really hope that upper management sees this and corrects to issue.
