They don't stock common parts.furnace season.no hot surface ignitors.so they tell me Lenexa has quite a few.yeah 52 miles round trip from this store. Shop Patrick Supply.they never run out of furnace parts. IN THE WINTER, no less

Consistently messes up orders. Doesn’t tell you when they don’t have items. No communication. Would rate lower if possible
