Dairy Queen, Affton MO

This place has consistently good service. The dining area is clean and well lit. The food is always hot and good. And the deserts are always top notch.

We had blizzards. They were both just ok. Nothing special. It's a Dairy Queen what do you expect. They have gone down hill. This one just happens to be close. If it wasn't so close I would pass this place up.

Super nice staff. Hooked my 5 yr old w extra toppings on her sundae for free. They make a good new york cheesecake blizzard. Good 2 for 5 menu

I use the drive through and they're pretty good. Sometimes they forget an item but I just remind them to double check my order

Absolutely LOVE Dairy Queen. Never disappoints, always hitting the spot lol. Oh so satisfying and quickest way to a girls heart <3.
The burgers are great, the cheese tots rock and their famously homemade too thick to spill concrete blizzards which have an AwEsOmEly vast range of wonderfully delicious creations to suite anyone's tastebuds at that moment. Just wish they had more budget friendly combo meals like 4 or 5 pr 6 dollar boxes. That would make DQ my second home lbvs (hinttt, hinttt) <3

The man at the window was completely ignorant of his surroundings, i said hello and have a nice day but received nothing in return.

They were extremely busy in the drive thru, so we decided to go in. Within 5 minutes our order was ready. Everyone was working fast and hard. Thanks for the speedy and friendly service.

It’s false advertisement to claim their hotdogs are better than anywhere else… perfect example I’d rather go get one from Quiktrip ‍️

Employee didn't specify what all entails for substitution in combo. Said that couldn't purchase a basket without a drink, but is an option on DQ app ordering.

The food was hot and I rarely have to wait in line. I hate to say that because now other people will go there and I'll have to wait but, it's true.

Ordered a couple blizzard tonight for the family, because that’s clearly what you do on a 100 degree day. I ordered thru the mobile app and unfortunately had a couple minor hiccups with the pick-up process, but nothing they couldn’t easily resolve. My five star rating is because of the young lady working the drivethru window. She fixed the online order issue with a smile and was extremely polite and professional while doing so. Once these minor inconveniences were resolved and I made it to the pickup window things got even better. This young lady was not only polite and apologetic for something she had no control over but also showed a genuine concern in making sure I was satisfied with my experience. She was also observant enough to notice my four legged furry friend sitting in the passenger seat and some how came out with a dog treat for her. I was highly impressed and might have to consider making this a normal routine for the family on hot days like today.

I received a nice treat. I like their hamburger the best. I was very satisfied. The service was great and fast. I plan to go back

I've always had excellent service from this Dairy Queen, which hasn't been my experience at all locations but this one has done a remarkable job the few times I've stopped in since moving to the area last year.

Actually 0 stars. Ordered a slushy through the drive- through. Posted price was $2.29 for a medium. Told me price was $3.59. When I told them what was listed, they didn't care. Would not honor posted price. Called to talk to manager. Could not care less. I said this was a bad way to do business and I wouldn't be back. She said others thought they were amazing so she didn't care.

Rarely have I had something that went wrong by coming here. The workers are most always nice and don't ever seen aggravated when I ask any type of question.

Good friend & “buff” Jerry has this one particular sin of consuming a chocolate dip cone from DQ. Now, I’m not buff but I do have a sweet tooth, so I figure “why not”, especially after a long/hard day of motoring (or cycling), I also kind of deserve it! It was a pleasure—I’ll likely do it again!

The food is always hot and tasty, the workers are always nice. I'm a huge fan of this place. And the A1 burger is phenomenal. That is all.

Every time I visit this particular location the food is always fresh, hot and delicious! In addition, I have never had a bad experience service wise. Fast and friendly employees!

They say they close at 10 but really close at 9: 30 my daughter and I was in line next to order and they cut the menu lights off on us and said they were closed
