Dairy Queen reviews
10 They have honestly never gotten my order completely right. Not one time. Buddy is apparently the manager there, and he is the absolute worst human being I have ever encountered. I would NOT suggest this location to anyone. And only
because of Buddy.
I git a strawberry blizzard and this is the 5th time it's not fully mixed it just takes like vanilla my mix the top of it than that's it if I'm spending 5 bucks on a blizzard it should be made properly yall need to keep a wach on he teens if there doing there job right
Very rude spent 60$ on dinner got mad at us for ordering sundaes which they have for sale! Ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and wouldn't give me ranch because they come with gravy horrible little kids working for restaurants when people are hungry on Friday and work hard and want to feed their children dairy queen but can't because kids are rude! And don't need a job they need more disapline from their parents
Just visited Potosi DQ, ordered my chicken strips fresh and was given old food and was told it was only a few minutes old. The manager is an older man, and he was so incredibly rude. Said he didn't charge me for fresh food. They are o.k. With handing out dried up food, which was $12 for a meal. The manager wouldn't replace my chicken or refund my money. I was then told the cops would be called. The only reason we have to ask for it fresh is because it's ALWAYS old. I would really like the owner to know as I do believe this is an independently owned restaurant and because of it I think this terrible service is going unnoticed.
Lady working the window was completely incompetent asked for ranch for my cheese curds and she decided to replace my queso for my pretzel sticks with the ranch instead of giving me both not only that but she rushed me at the speaker
Was along time since I had DQ and it was pretty good we were the only ones that were there inside eating but it was nice and peaceful
It's okay as a last resort but be expected to pay more than you hoped for, a Hot Dog meal for my kid with onion rings ended up costing 7 Bucks
VERY, VERY busy but got us through drive threw fadt and our food was hot and fresh and our order spot on
Still love their banana splits, best ice cream cake ever, and great burgers as well. Clean quick service, keep up the good work!
I order a cookie dough blizzard and pay for it, the girl was very rude. I get home to eat it, all it has is icecream no cookie dough at all. This is pitiful, and won't be going back.
