Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Platte City MO

Used the drive thru for sundaes. Line that moved slow and steady. Not a place to visit if your in a hurry. Order was taken well, and without issue. Sundaes were decent and enjoyable. Dog loved his puppy cup. We'll be back.

Friendly staff and good food. They will give you a free tiny ice cream if you have your dog with you too! Very cool.

Ehhhh it was okay. Drive threw took forever and my large chic dipped ice cream cone was really small.

Try the new orange dreamsicle get the cone not too bad service was good and prompt despite the line being really long

Good soft serve ice cream and Blizzards, though not a great value for the cost. Becoming a bit pricey compared to competition.

My order was wrong then they blamed it on me even though it was correct on my receipt. When I got my food home had gravy and it was like water don't know how anyone would call it gravy.
I will not be going back there.

My food looked like it came out of a commercial. The employees were very friendly and got everything right, which i greatly appreciate and is getting more and more rare. Delicious food, fast and not expensive.

I waited almost a half an hour in the Drive-Thru and it was readily apparent there was either no hustle by the staff or they were completely overwhelmed. There was no one in the dining room that I could tell.

As if that weren't bad enough, my over $10 chicken strip basket had literally 16 undercooked soggy fries in it, and a half a cup of watery gravy. I also was handed the box without a bag and it almost dumped in the drive-thru. I also had to ask for napkins, and didn't notice until I was already out of the driveway they didn't even give me a receipt for my credit card transaction.if I can say one positive thing, and this is the only reason I'm not giving it one star, it's that the guy at the drive-thru was verbally friendly. All that said, this was the worst Dairy Queen experience I have had in a long time and I will definitely not come back. Sad.

It was great, we had chocolate ice cream, the one in St Joe doesn't have chocolate ice cream. The worker, he was friendly and very good at his job.

Unable to obtain correct order of cheese burger & fries. Only got fries. MUST watch carefully_ if there is a next time.

I was pretty disappointed. A lot of what I would typically order they no longer have. I asked if they could add nuts and they didn't.

When you go for a particular blizzard, they're Closed. When they're open, the blizzard you wanted isn't available.

It was really busy tonight. We went thru the drive thru. The workers were very friendly and even though they were so busy. We got our food and ice cream fast and the order was correct.

Gotta love DQ I've cream. Nice little store in Platte City, great people and friendly too.

Awesome and flavorful food, I love the atmosphere this spot has, and the employees were very friendly. Will definitely come back.

It was very good but it did not have that warm at home feeling like when you eat at Wendy's but the food was good I guess that it all that matters
