14Ordered carryout. When we got home with the food the custom burger was not made correctly.
The drive thru takes so long every time. When you finally get to the window there are always several employees. Not sure why there is a 20 minute wait.
They had a line of cars when we pulled up, thought this was going to take for ever. To our surprise we were had our order in ten minutes or less. Nice job

What’s not to like about a Dairy Queen? This is the typical new build of a Grill & Chill and they serve all the goodness here. Friendly staff, although most of them are young and inexperienced teenagers…a perfect job for them to gain work experience and encounter the public.

My only beef is the back entrance to the parking lot seems a bit ambiguous…arrows pointing toward you (do not enter?). It’s a bit cramped back there so it’s probably an attempt to prevent traffic snarls
Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal, the food was cold, and only received 4 pieces. The employee Sariah didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Imagine coming home to a 6 year told asking where her other 2 pieces of tenders were.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve had great service via fast food. This team was incredibly friendly, accommodating and fast! Both dine inn and drive thru were swamped! Thank you for this amazing experience guys. Great job team & amazing job Kyle!
What is happening - the drive thru is one car at a time now? We have tried to come 3 times previously these past 2 weeks and drive thru has been out of control long. Lots of cars waiting to order - one car at the window? That’s doesn’t seem efficient!
Tonight we waited. We are 20+ mins into the drive thru, asked us to pull up and delivered our blizzard super soupy and melted. She wouldn’t flip it because she knew it wouldn’t pass their own test.
The people in the patio said our experience was way better than theirs? !? !
We live near by and visit periodically. I will remove this post when the service improves.
Typically this is a good DQ, not sure why they were closed tonight. 9pm and I watched multiple people come up to the locked doors and sat in a line at the drive thru for almost 30 minutes before I decided they were not servicing people. If you run out or cannot keep the store open (I can tell you it wasn't because they were short staffed as I watched 3 workers walk out of the store and go home) then you should notify customers. Signs on the doors and a sign on the drive thru, although it may be disappointing - especially since today was the day to donate to charity - it is a better option than letting people sit there and watch customers come out of the store with their items and associates behind the counter goofing off and standing around. Disappointed at the management staff that made this decision, as I'm sure this wouldn't be how the owner or General Manager would handle this situation.
What a nice surprise. The hamburger was just as I remembered as a kid. The restaurant was very clean. Service was quick and perfect
Too many kids working there! Orders always incorrect. Workers do not know the menu. Strawberry shake had chocolate shavings? Ordered no ketchup burger had ketchup. Tried several times, I’m done.
It was a busy night at DQ. However, I received food with little wait time. And food was hot.
Truly hard to imagine a worse experience. Ordered at the register with a coupon- they could not understand how to input it into the computer. A line of 15 formed behind us while they tried to figure it out. Afterwards, we sat and waited and tried to keep the kids entertained. Then we noticed folks behind us were getting food sooner than we were. Ok, I thought, we had a larger order. 10 mins pass, 20 mins, 30 mins. I go back up front to ask where the food is. I’m told “they’re working on it now. ” Which basically tells me they forgot about it. 10 mins later they bring out half our order. 45 mins after our initial order, I inquire about the rest of it. “They’re working on it now. ” I tell them to cancel and refund the second half of the order. Manager comes our, refunds, and leaves without a word. What a dumpster fire
