Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Joplin MO

Food is good just looks sad they use to give you more fry's and chicken use to be bigger kinda makes me wanna take it back.

I go to this Dairy Queen at least 3 times a week for food. My food is always fresh and hot. It comes out fast and the people are friendly. It’s hard to find these qualities in fast food now a days but they deliver.

This is one of the cleanest fast food places I've ever been in. The people working here are always so courteous. And I've never had a complaint about my order or the way it was prepared.

If I can figure out how to add a photo, I will. But ordered a salad last night with onions and got disappointment instead. They put a grand total of 13 onions on and I'm like whaaaat. It's not enough to stop me from coming here but I won't be ordering the salad again.

DQ has been here FOREVER. My second job 50 years ago. The menu has continued to update with the franchise and is consistently DQ.

We love Dairy Queen. This visit wasn't the best but it's usually much better! We will definitely come back tough. Love the cheese curds!

We were one of 2 cars in the drive through, still took 15 minutes. They still got our order wrong. Not good.

Walked in with my son and waited at the counter for 5 minutes and 4 different people looked at me and didn’t say anything. Not a “I’ll be right with you” or anything just ignored us and the people behind me. It wasn’t busy at all, so we just left and went somewhere else

I had to wait 20 minutes for “fresh food” and the fries were cold and soggy, and the gravy looked like it was like a week old. Definitely don’t recommend waisting your money here.

This store is only a couple years old and it has never been as good as the surrounding towns dairy queens. Only been to this one 2 times. Service was better this time.

I barely sat down before getting my food. SUPER quick service and the burger was perfect. Will be back!

Just trying to get ice cream for my daughter just hands me ice cream and shuts the window.
No acknowledgement or anything
I really hate that kind of service and shouldn’t be treated that way.
Have a coaching with the service team and put more customer service in there heads bc we’re paying $5 for a little cup of ice cream now.

I asked for everything on my cheeseburger, got 3 pickles & catsup. Ask for catsup on my fries & got none.

Moblie order was a hassle and the person running it was being unprofessional and even wanted to argue about the name of the order even after she stated the name right before she came outside and my ice cream was already melted and didn't have straws I miss the mall location and the staff.

I love the chicken strip baskets. This is the first time I ordered onion rings with it and I was surprised how good they were. Crunchy and tasty.

Really great place to go for lunch, dinner or just an ice cream. The staff are always nice, and the food is delivered fast. I had no more than sat down after ordering and began to look at my phone when my order was brought to the table. The food is exceptional for fast food burgers, and doesn't cost more than most other competitors.

This is the nicest dairy Queen I've been to. The location is newer and typically well maintained. I ordered the firehouse burger combo that came with fries and a drink. It was close to $11 and the burger had some good heat to it and flavor. Pretty decent burger for a fast food chain. Only issue is the price as $11 for a combo is pretty high especially for a small burger. If you're thinking about getting some dilly bars, forget about it as a box of six is around $15. I'll go again but will only go when I have a coupon or if they are running a special.
