Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Cameron MO

I orderd a tenders basket it was supposed to come with fries but i didnt get none so i paid 11 dollars for tenders and bread i waited i orders onoin rings for an extra side and paid exra for them but didnt get fries teach the teens to do their job never coming back

It's closed now.late October, they are remodeling should open by February 2018 ok now they are open mess my order up.ordered a $6 lunch got a single burger instead of the double.help is green. And slow. Update Dec 2022 after reading numerous reviews on the Cameron DQ it's amazing that the owners do not respond to these deficiencies in their restaurant and Brand of the DQ.the drive thru line is terrible with no way out once your in it. The simple fixed is to have cars with large time consuming orders be sent to a parking stall to wait instead of making a woman with infant sit for 30 mins to get her Dr. Pepper fix. It's obvious that the ownership of this franchise don't realize this location is losing its desire to keep a DQ due to shortcoming of management.update this DQ in Dec. 23 still suffering from a absentee owner.way too slow and a disfunctional manager is need of tutoring in the fast food biz.went inside for service and just slow slow slow.

I really wanted to be able to give a higher rating but I have to be honest. I waited in the drive thru approximately 15 minutes. Could have been longer. One customer ahead of me. Maybe there was an issue with that customer not sure but by the time I was able to sink my teeth into a burger the heat was gone. Almost warm, definitely not hot. Will I be back? Maybe but doubtful, maybe for a dairy treat.

Why was they closed Sunday there wa a letter saying they are tried and the Gm was tried and they closed it. Why I see it all over Facebook

The temperature was set to 88 inside, it was cooler outside! The chili dog was microwaved to the point of almost being hard. It is really ify if you will get sour ice cream or not. I advise just going somewhere else!

The ice cream is very good, but it took 20 minutes to get a dipped cone with no one ahead of us.

Staff was nice. Blizzards were good. 2 chicken baskets.everything was lukewarm. Toast was barely toasted. Seemed like it had been hot, then sat.

The manager of this place has completely changed this place for the better. Great Service and Great food. Keep your head up guys. Seems some customers are rude. Have a great day Cameron team! You deserve it!

Place was dirty, the floor was sticky. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day. On the napkins, bugs were crawling. I mentioned it to one of the girls, she looked and said it it was one of the crickets from the basement and went back to what she was doing.

If you like managers who talk down to their employees and customers and complain about their workplace, this is the place to be. You'll receive a microwaved burger and rock hard toast. We asked if they had a grilled cheese and were told yes, but what we received was literally inedible. It was harder than a rock. My kid would've probably broken a tooth trying to bite into it. Not exaggerating. My burger wasn't even remotely warm and she's back there yelling at her employees about cross contamination? This place needs fixed. From the food to the condescending female red haired manager with glasses and a nose ring. She's mean and demanding and needs a class in being a decent person. My kids asked for ice cream but I don't want to give them more of our money and I'm tired of listening to her boss these workers around, so we'll go elsewhere.
