The staff are not bad people but would not allow my son who is 6 who is non verbal autistic to be seen from the car. (We usually see butler) After being told he needed to come in for a urine sample, and me explaining to the secretary on the phone that we wouldn’t be able to get one and that I would have to do it at home, she still “preferred” he came in to be seen. All to be told I would have to do the sample at home…like I tried to explain to the secretary.

I am very frustrated as now my son was exposed to more germs because she wouldn’t simply just walk outside. Please accommodate to special needs like the other providers in your clinics.

Yeah Damon she lied to me she said she said from the results of the pulmonology in case I need to take the test again then I asked her for a prescription later on then she know I can't until I get the results from the pulmonologist what does that sound like to you

Dana was amazing! She asked what my concerns were and listened intently to what I said. She asked follow-up questions to make sure we were both understanding the situation in the same way. She took my past experiences into account when deciding on a treatment plan that she and I would both be comfortable following.
