D'Angelos Pizzeria reviews
17Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, good foods, huge sandwiches, I ordered a small salad it looked more like a large. So the large must be pretty big. And good pizza, we always need a to-go box.
This place is amazing all around. Great food, great people, great service. It's just great. A tad bit pricey at $20 for 2 topping large pizza. Oh but it was good
Pizza was very bland. Crust was decent but the sauce and toppings tasted cheap and flavorless.like a grocery store freezer pizza.
Cheesecake was the same. Bland and flavorless.
I have eaten here SO many times, and it's always excellent. I recommend the artichoke salad, the lasagna, or the focaccia
My sandwich would have been good if the bread wasn't burnt, I called them and told them about it they said they would give me a refund back and never did, my daughter also ordered online $80 worth and they never brung her food, this happened a different time but anyways she called them and they told her that she could only get a $10 discount, I think whoever is running this business is a crackhead, ripping people off, they shouldn't run a business.
I made a mistake ordering pizza thinking traditional had mozzarella cheese. When I called to let them know it didn't have mozzarella they kindly explained it has provel. Even though it was my misunderstanding they still went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service and highly appreciated.
Payed extra for extra cheese on breadsticks and it was definitely not added. Also ordered a salad that was very skimpy no peppers and barely any meat.
Our family got the $30 family deal and it was absolutely delicious- all off it. The pizza tasted gourmet but was well priced. We will definitely return if we are in the area.
The pizza is fantastic with matching atmosphere. Great place for a date or a family night out. I am definitely going to find the time to come back.
Such a great first experience! We were seated immediately and waitresses couldn’t have been nicer with explanations and suggestions when we told them it was our first time at the restaurant and we are new in town.
We ordered a small house salad, small dinner salad and 12 inch medium crust sausage pizza.
All excellent and the atmosphere was great. Brought home enough leftovers for lunch today, and lots of smiles and suggestions about the town’s other places to visit.
Also joined the rewards program on site. We will be using it!
Top quality ingredients, friendly staff and the three different crusts types are a plus! I didn't like how the topping were cooked under the cheese but next time I'll ask for it to be on top of them so they can get a char! Pricing is fair for what you get and the vibes are a nice classic rustic feeling!
This little pizzeria about 10 minutes up a side road from Six Flags surprised us with amazingly flavorful food, the friendliest server ever, and a quaint little dine in experience. Just look at my amazing pizza - AND IT'S GLUTEN FREE. And it tasted so good cold right out of the refrigerator, it was my easy breakfast at the campground right before we packed up to pull the trailer home at the end of the weekend. We'll be back for sure.
Ordered 2 small pizzas, pasta, and a salad, paid $40 for lunch menu gave the driver who delivered it $20 tip. Opened up my food, the pizza was horrible.the crust wasn't cooked all the way the toppings were not done all the way, the pasta wasn't worth eating overall, I overpaid. Service was good not the food!
Look, if you love Saint Louis style pizza, go to Imo’s. If you’re like everyone else and don’t care for Imo’s, may I humble suggest D’Angelo’s? Their Italian food across the board is excellent including their pizza. They have great family meals for families who stay at nearby hotels and they deliver. If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn Six Flags, it is one of the best options for pizza.
Eh, We didn't realize provel cheese was going to be the standard. Waitress just seemed to be going through the motions. My date and I thought we were pretty clear about her wanting no meat on her side and adding half banana peppers. Well the whole pizza had meat and no banana peppers. How does that happen lol?
Just great food. Pizza is always amazing. Appetizers, sandwiches, pasta all a win. Service is always the best
