Embarrassing decline in quality over the last year or two. They don't seem to have enough money to be willing to buy anything or simply don't feel like dealing with too many customers, even brand new Xboxes and Nintendo Switches. Not sure what happened.
Very friendly and courteous staff. If you are nice to them, they are nice to you! They are honest with their prices and have greats deals for sale! Definitely would recommend
So I went to Dash Pawn Yesterday and bought my son a PS5 for my son Aiden Riegerts 17 Birthday for $400.when we got it home the disc drive did not work and the remote controller did not work while playing rhe game. And the system has someone else's profile on it with the name NIAA WITH HER PICTURE ON IT. WHEN I CALLED THEM TODAY THEY MADE UP SOME ZTORY TEYING TO SAY THAT THEY WERE CUSSED SO THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS THE SAME PLACE THAT USED TO BUY STOLEN PROPERTY FROM INDIVIDUALS THAT I can name if need too!
There the worst place in cape girardeau mo to buy anythingg or sell anything too horrible customer service. And there racist towards everyone. They sell trash items and won't return them when they are broke. There cheap and everything in there is made to last till you get it home there real life scammers they need to be shut down asap!
Went there to sell one of my guns and the lady looked up the price for a brand new one and the gun I had was only shot maybe less then 10 times and the gun was $600 easily but she offer 250 for a semi automatic 12gauge shotgun
Very nice customer service, Was able to negotiate a fair deal on a pawn. Plus they have good variety of items for sale. I will most definitely continue doing business with Dash pawn.
Worst pawn shop I’ve ever dealt with they offer you 10%of what your item is actually worth I get people have to make money but these people are just ridiculous with their offers
This place is racist and unprofessional and needs to be shut down pawning my Xbox One s and just cuz it had a lil dust she didn't want it it's a 1 TB for Christ's sakes cost more than half the stuff you have in your small store I recommend people go out of state to a pawn shop then come here I would making my obligation to have this business shut down effective immediately. The customer service is poor. They don't make their customers feel happy and the only thing you get walking out the door is the owner cursing you out.
