I came in from NY to visit my cousin and before I got out of the plane, my iPhone just froze and I couldn’t restart it. I tried contacting apple customer service and they told me about hard resetting technique but as much as my sister and I tried, nothing worked.

I tried to find an Apple Store but the closest one was three hours away. So we found this store 7 mins from my cousin’s place and we just decided we’d try our luck. We went in and I told them my issue. The tech there reset my phone and it was working in no time. I was so relieved! Thank you so much for being such a life saver!
