Southampton is the best primary care my wife and I have ever been to, bar none. We’ve seen Dr. Tochtrop and Dr. Donovan, and they’ve both been incredibly empathetic and willing to listen. They welcome you being an active participant in your healthcare and are never dismissive. I credit Dr. Tochtrop worth saving my life, as I had an intense case of Covid and the ER kept sending me home because I wasn’t high risk. I messaged Dr. Tochtrop and he prescribed the antiviral. I know it saved me. My wife also has an eating disorder and a lifetime of trauma, and they have handled her with such care that she doesn’t hate going to the doctor anymore. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had an awful experience with South Hampton therapy services. They contract with Quantum Therapy services and I sincerely hope they cancel the contract asap. The scheduling was extremely confusing and poorly communicated, I was misgendered in my intake with the intern Christina and then Lynn was my assigned therapist who also was terrible at scheduling and messed it up multiple times until I eventually gave up. People on Medicaid need access to better therapy services than this. Please consider contracting with a different company.

This facility is awesome. All of the staff are incredible, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Michael Donovan is a class act. He takes great care of his patients. He gets to know them, provides options, offers tons of opportunities to ask questions and discuss concerns, and every time I come here I always feel better when I leave. I cannot recommend Southampton Healthcare enough. Their office and all of the staff are extremely welcoming, as well.
