Plumber was on time, polite and didn’t leave my bathroom a mess. The $ amount due seemed fair enough.

They came to my place to fix my ac the fan motor was bad the technician installed a motor that was much too big and then wired it up in properly causing it to short out and burn up the motor they promised to be here the next day to fix it and weren't they did not show up with the correct tools completely over charged me for doing nothing. Do not use them for anything.

I am not happy with Davis & Son LLC. When I called to make an appointment, I asked how much they would charge me to come to my house. I was told $110 per hour and I did know the amount of $110 would not include any parts that might need to be replaced. When the service person arrived at my house I asked him the same question. He told me $110 per hour. If any parts should need to be replaced, I would then decide if I wanted to continue and have the parts replaced. The amount I would be charged was very important to me so I could ensure I would have the money to pay for the service. Since the service person was at my house for less than an hour, and $110 was just within my budget, I believed I would receive an invoice for $110. When I received the invoice it was for $130. $110 was for the service call and $20 was added for a fuel surcharge. The day after I received the invoice I mailed a check for $130. Included with the check was a letter I wrote to Davis & Son LLC inquiring about the fuel surcharge and requesting that the $20 be refunded to me since a fuel surcharge was never mentioned to me. My check was cashed on 6/26/2023, but I have not received a response to my letter. I do realize that most people would have to spend a lot more than $130 when their air conditioner is not working. But, I needed to know how much the charge would be before I made the appointment to have a service person come to my house. Since I was charged the extra $20 I would guess that a fuel surcharge is added to all their invoices. I don’t think this is right. Especially if you are not told upfront about the additional charge. To me it does not seem like a good business practice but
Instead a way to make extra money. $20 may not be a lot of money to most people, but when added to all invoices, Davis & Son LLC is taking in a lot of extra income.

I had an emergency leak one morning in my basement. They was here within just a couple hours. I feel like they were very thorough and as quick as they could be to save me as much money as possible. I would highly recommend these guys

Would 100% avoid they showed up for about 6 mins poured some drain cleaner down my drain, then charged me $150.00 and left, didn't help nor fix the issue, then when questioned about the payment they received, proceeded to inform me they never claimed they would actually solve my problem and hung up, took advantage of the situation in a most despicable manner

I have mixed feelings about this company. It's like they're good at one thing but not the other thing. When my AC unit went out, they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. But when my electrical heater went out they weren't able to troubleshoot it and wanted to do the trial-and-error method to fix it. What they kept on insisting to do was replace the e-unit which would cost $1200 plus labor. I'm glad I didn't go this route and decided to call another expert for his second opinion. He was able to troubleshoot the problem which was just a bad breaker and replace that! So it makes me wonder how did Davis and Son miss this when they spend half the time messing with the breaker too?

These people are fantastic. Quick response whenever possible and very reasonable response time if they're busy. They are incredibly nice and accommodating, treat you like family, and go the extra mile. They also offer a wide range of services.

Charged me to change filters on water system but didn’t finish job, poor job on what they did, had to buy parts they hadn’t. Over charging and poor workmanship. Had other things done in past by them and it was ok. Check their work before you pay them!
