I always have a great experience when I go there. They treat you like family. They are very professional and will throughly explain everything before any procedures.

I endured pain for almost 2 years. My sole income is social security. I could not afford the extraction cost nor the insurance another dental office offered. I called DDS Dentures and got a very reasonable quote and got in the next day. All of the staff were beyond kind, they showed empathy. The dentist was very keen to make sure that I felt no pain. If I could rate beyond 5 stars, it would be 10.

I've been going to DDS for 5 years now and I love it. Well, as much as a person can love going to the dentist. I like that when I go there they don't constantly feel the need to find issues that will cost me an arm and a leg. But on the other hand they have been able to fix the many issues my old dentist screwed up. I dread the dentist and I know that will never change but at least DDS does a good job of making the experience simple and easy and non traumatic.

Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. They listen to the patient which is nice! I have been coming here for 3+ years and have had zero complaints!

Great hygienist. She was very informative as well as ensuring she got any plaque off of my implants. She explained about the housing in the dentures and what I needed from my old dentist so that my dentures can be maintained until they’re replaced. I will definitely be back to see her

It was ridiculous. I purchased dentures less than one year ago they broke while l was eating, l almost choked on them.l went to the DDS office on10-09-22 was given an appointment for 10-24-22 broken dentures are an emergency in most dental offices, especially if less than one year has passed. Ok l get in and the tech ask why l was there, l told her what had happened. She asked to see the denture that was broken l gave them to her, she came back and said they didn't match.l told her l may have picked up the wrong lowers when l left home. She said l would have to make another appointment.l stopped at the desk to make the appointment 11-10-22 was the best they could do. Customer Service 0 Quality Product and workmanship 0. I want a refund

They were awesome, Got me right in and out knowing I had something else very important to take care of.

Dr. Gina Samad is the best dentist I've been to. She has a gift and uses her abilities in such a sophisticated way. Karlye her assistant was so helpful and nice! Why go any place else? The prices are also amazing.

They explained the options I have for replacing the bridge for my front teeth and showed me a couple of models of how they would go in as well as their cost.

I would give zero stats if I could. I went to this dentist last April for a lower partial which they had offered to me for $400 when I got my upper denture the year before. They told me that I needed a full lower denture. I was uninsured at the time and paid them a $500 down payment had impressions taken and my prescriptions needed for the procedure. Now I have dental insurance and went yesterday for a consult and the dentist acted like she was going to move forward with our agreed upon contract for services from the year prior until she found out that I have rhumatoid arthritis which is an autoimmune disorder. She ran a rated out of the room then had a hygienist bring me a referral slip to an oral surgeon for SIMOLE extractions that they had not only to do before but insisted that I make a sizeable down payment. This dentist even had to ask me how to spell the medicine I'm on and ask what it is! Then she used that an excuse to breach our contract and steal my $500! This is not the end of this. I don't know how this woman even got through medical school when she apparently thinks that rhumatoid arthritis is contagious! Absurd and illegal! It's discriminatory and complete fraud! DO NOT go HERE and definitely do not give them any of your hard earned bank notes! I don't what will become of our society when these are supposedly educated doctors! What a joke.

I would like to share my amazing experience. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the ladies at the receptionist office. Jamil was a great coach! You rock Jamil! Dr. Ngo I highly recommend. He is the absolute best, and I mean he is the GREATEST! OMG! DR NGO nurse was just as INCREDIBLE. My experience was pleasant, pain free, and PHENOMENAL!

My father had started this implant denture process with DDS Denture + Implant Solutions in Saint Peters, MO roughly in January of 2021.
It is now 6/6/2022 and he still does not have teeth and is walking around with hanging implants in his mouth that are scratching /hurting him. After multiple
trips weekly/ monthly/daily to the Saint Peters office, which was about an hour drive each way from his house, they decided to transfer him to the South County Location
Affordable Dentures & Implants. Ryan the District manager had transferred there along with Dr. Calderon who worked on my father.

I also want to point out that the Saint Peters office offered him a discount just to continue going there and not to the South County location.

Just this past Friday 6/3/22 my father had gone back in because his teeth were falling out again to get inserts after waiting for about 2 hours,
he and my brother stepped out to get lunch, of course, informing the office of this. They said fine they needed time as this was the final denture
and after this, we were not supposed to have further issues, nor have to come back ever because the inserts would stay in.

When they got back, the door was locked right in front of them, and when they finally got to talk to someone they were given then broken denture in a bag
and informed to go to a specialist (which he has already been to during this 1.5-year process) and told to get a lawyer.

Also to point out my father had already been at the prosthodontist in which case he said that - it looked like he needed additional implants further back.

We asked all of the right questions before starting the process, we were given false hope and this man's smile was everything he was looking forward to. He looked forward to this, only to have it taken away; not only was it taken away, his money, time, effort, and mental health have been affected. This is extremely sad, - I don't wish this upon my worst enemy.
This has been a nightmare for all of us and the company should be ashamed of themselves for treating a paying, patient customer this way.

Poor customer service, once they get paid they could care less how you feel, in a process for about 2 years now and still no teeth. Stay away THERE is WAY BETTER and NICER dentist out here who care about your smile.

I would just like to send a huge shoutout to the team for saving the day. Over the holiday weekend, I unfortunately snapped off my front tooth at the gum line. I was able to find an emergency clinic to do the extraction but restoring or replacing the tooth wasnt possible. This could not have come at a more inopportune time as I was leaving for Colorado to attend my daughters wedding the very next day! I was horrified at the fact I could not smile for photos on one of the most important and happiest days of my daughters life. I placed myself at their mercy and Dr. Ngo promised and delivered a perfect replacement tooth in record time saving the day. In the age of "customer no service" it is pertainly refreshing to know to know that someone still cares. Thank you will all my heart guys.

They are the most Genuine and caring Dentist I’ve ever been to. Not to mention my dentures? Don’t even look like dentures which a big PLUS for me! It just appears that I have perfect teeth. Nobody wants to walk around with horse looking teeth or teeth that a person a mile away can spot that you are wearing dentures. DDS will forever be my dentist
