Went to look at new cars, preferably a Subaru Crosstrek premium which I checked it up on the 10th on a Wednesday of May. When all was said and done. I drove off of that same car I looked at. Very happy with it. A lot of safety features you would not believe you have to go and check it out. Ask for Shawn a really great guy and he knows his stuff. He knows about Subaru. Any questions you have, he can answer them. Check it out for yourself. Don't take my word for it.

Mike Kaufman was our salesman for our fourth purchase from Dean Team Subaru and our second purchase with him.

From the moment I called him to inquire about a new Crosstrek he was nothing but helpful, kind, and professional.

Mike went out of his way to make sure we knew every step of the build process and was incredibly patient with my emails while sitting at home waiting for it to come in. (A week short of 2 months from deposit to delivery)

There were a few things that changed among the trim levels with the new design and he let my husband and I know accordingly so that we could make any changes we needed so we were not delivered a car with features missing that we expected.

We will always recommend Dean Team for a no hassle deal. Everything was done over email with absolutely none of the angst and annoyance we have experienced at other St. Louis Subaru dealers.

Go see Mike! He will put you in the car that you want at a price you want!

My appointment was for check-up and oil change/tire rotation. The service center was clean and the advisor (Duke) was ready to greet me and prepared to take my car. The waiting area s very convenient and comfortable. I find the dealership to be friendly, professional, and efficient.

Who puts more than 2-gallons of oil in a crankcase that only holds 5-quarts? Dean Team.
Who puts antifreeze in the water fluid reservoir? Yep, Dean Team.
Who won't honor their contract paperwork that "everyone" signs? Yep, the Dean Team.

I don't trust these guys and will not buy from then ever again - and I don't recommend you do either.

What we calculated on paper coming in and what was presented was the same within a literally few dollars. They have fair straight forward pricing, and we will probably be back to get a Crosstrek here in the not too distant future.

Great straightforward place to deal with, especially considering it was a hard sought vehicle that was ordered. They keep their word and go above and beyond to make there customers happy. Very pleased

After I had shotty work done on my Subaru at another auto shop, Annie at Dean Subaru Service was my HERO. Was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding of my situation–she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

They massively under valued my trade (by about $6k +) and over valued the car they were trying to sell me by about $2k. When i showed them comparable cars the sales man came up with some b/s about the options on their car…. Which turned out to be standard after some research. I ended up going to Carmax and getting 65% more on my trade in and bought the same care from another dealer for about $2k less with upgrades. These guy are what you would expect from your stereotypical car salesmen. Throwing constant curveballs and trying to take as much money from you as they can. Do your research on your cars value before you trade in here and also look up comps when they quote you a price.

The Team saved me a lot of money regarding CVT (transmission) maintenance. The owner's manual recommended fluid change and filter; upon their recommendation to wait much longer I just saved hundreds of dollars in wasted maintenance. My faith and trust in dealership repairs just went way up. Thanks Team!

Went to Dean Team Subaru was met by Dave Smith, we didn’t know what we really were looking for, told Dave what we wanted in a vehicle and he pointed us towards a Forster and we are so glad he did. What a wonderful experience went above and beyond expectations.

While looking for a new Subaru, my buddy, who is the sales manager of a luxury dealership in town, recommended Dave Smith at Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin. I'm so glad I listened. Dave is GREAT. He took such good care of us, and got us a far better price than I figured we'd get. Dave helped with service after the sale, and continues to follow up on a regular basis. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Also, the Dean Team service department, especially Duke, have also been stellar. Friendly, prompt greetings and super fast service.

My wife and I bought a new car there today, with the help of Dean Team sales associate, Sam Goevert. We recommend Sam and the Dean Team to anyone looking for a Subaru!

Nearly three years later, we're still very happy with our Subie. We're at about 33k miles, just had our 30k and 36k service done ($$$!), and all is good. Tired have work evenly, but worn more than we'd expected in 33k miles - I need to talk w Subaru about that. Still like this dealership, still recommend Subies!

I absolutely love my Outback from Dean Team Subaru. My overall experience there was great. Greg was very helpful in making sure the process was fast and smooth for me, as I live a couple hours away and work nights. I would definitely recommend him, and the Dean Team for future car purchases!

We drive two hours to bring our Subarus here to be serviced. Duke, who handles our cars through the service department is always friendly. It's never taken more than hour to have the oil changed and tires rotated. My husband is really picky about having his cars serviced, as most places usually return the car in a bit of a mess (he always checks under the hood immediately) and even he's happy with their work. We've talked with some of the salesmen while we've waited and they're always friendly and full of information, but without seeming like they're trying to sell you something.

Bought our Subaru here. That went well. Had a nail in my tire today. And needed an oil change. I expected them to try and upsell me. They didn’t. They plugged the tire. Did a quick recall fix on a couple bolts. And did my oil change. All in about an hour. Couldn’t have been nicer. And honest. Thanks to Duke for being a nice guy.

Everybody was super nice and helpful with our buying experience. Nobody was pushy which we really appreciated. Very knowledgeable sales team and we could not be happier with our car and purchasing from Dean Team Subaru.

Staff was very considerate after we brought our car in after an accident while we waited for family to pick us up and directed us to the nearby body shop.
